I came to this place for an oil change, and came back to my car with the back bmw tag scrubbed off ?!! when trusting your vehicle with someone else, I shouldn’t have to worry about something happening to my car!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! If you value your time. Appointment for 3pm, arrived at 3:02pm due to traffic, but shop was almost empty. And nobody was around guide me in. So I parked and checked in at 3:07pm, advised should be about an hour. At 4pm they brought in the 4pm appointment then my 3pm a few minutes later then an hour and a half later they finally finish. But didn’t say anything about it. And then there’s the lack of compassion and or urgency, not saying they needed to rush. But they work as if it doesn’t matter if the customer is there or not.

Absolutely terrible service!! We scheduled an appointment at 11am to get new tires put on our vehicle. We showed up at 10:55am, turned in the keys and were quoted an hour and a half wait (was quoted 30min when we made the appointment).At 12pm, one hour into our appointment, they called us to see if we had our car keys... They said they lost them and weren't sure if we turned them over when we checked in...We called back at 12:30pm and they said they found our keys and will be done with our car in 30 minutes.Our car was finally finished at around 1:30pm, 2 and a half hours after our initial appointment time. The staff and management didn't apologize, didn't have any sense of urgency or care about doing a decent job. I know it's Walmart but I'd expect at least an "sorry we misplaced your keys for an hour".Pay the extra money and go elsewhere.

I will start by saying I have an uncommon tire size and needed 4 new tires. One shop wanted $870 for a set of mid-grade tires. I called this center and talked to Suzanne (I think that was her name) who found a set of good tires for me, got me an appointment that day and at almost half the price of the first place. Betty took care of me when I checked in, she was super friendly and thorough in explaining everything to me about the warranty and repairs. They were running behind but I was done in about half the time quoted. GREAT experience! I'm so glad I called!Service: Tires

I ordered four tires and paid for them online. It clearly showed that they were available. It also showed that they would arrive by Thursday. So, Wednesday evening I get an email saying "So sorry, your order has been delayed." Ok, stuff happens. So I contacted customer service to find out when they will arrive. The answer was "3-10 days....or maybe never. Do you want us to cancel the order?" With service like that, why would I Not cancel?I've had good service from WallyWorld in the past, but lately I'm not impressed.Service: Tires

I don't understand how you're going to offer a service, yet blatantly not staff enough people to do so? Maybe if Wal-Mart took care of their employees, they wouldn't have to be closed more than half the time, with abosuletly no notice? Real shame. I won't be shopping here in the future.

Called in for two days and no one answer the phone. Went in to make a next day appointment.Went in the next day and the same staff that made my appointment was surprise I came in because they are closing at 3pm!(?)Went shopping in Walmart and received a text 45 mins later saying my car is ready. Walked to the autocare and was told that they can't change my tire because there isn't a bar code (new tire sticker).1) I gave you all the info when i made the appointment yesterday. You knew i'm swapping in to my winter tires!2) What have you been doing for the pass 45 mins?!WASTE OF TIME!Service: Tires

Sadly this Walmart is rolling towards the same direction Kmart went & Eventually Out of Business if they don' get it together!! We could have gone to any Walmart tire center but this one in Folsom was close to home. They Need a MANAGER who understands how to manage & lead employees, develop useful procedures so as not to loose customer car keys. The lady employee handling this mess should be given a PAY RAISE For Keeping it together in a bad situation.

I guess they're just not open at 2 pm on a Tuesday?The customer entrance door was open so I parked and went inside to see if they were open. The door locked behind me so once I saw the whole auto service center was a ghost town, I had to walk all the way through the store, out the front entrance and around to get back to my car. ?♀️Used to love getting oil changes here but I guess I'll go somewhere else now.
