Kinda cheezy. 40-50 Signs said 60% off. Showed up waited for them to open. I shop. Bring my things to the register. They asked to wait while they get the till. I grab more clothes. I go up to pay and they said “it’s only 50% off, we were supposed to take the signs down last night. Are you okay with paying 50%”. I said I guess. I was the only person in the store. It’s the principal of the transaction that made me a little salty. I drive 30 miles to get there and I am a frequent buyer and have worn there clothes for YEARS. It’s not the 10 percent that matters. Just cheezy situation all around. It didn’t sit rite.

This Volcom store is great. They always have great stuff and their discounts are amazing. I have 4 sons and I can always find something for each of them.

Hit the Folsom outlets this morning to find a dress for my wife. Volcom has some pretty stylish stuff and we found what we needed there. More importantly though was the prompt welcome and offer for assistance from Stephan. When my wife asked about other sizes (from the dressing room) he was quick to check and offer what they had. In addition to providing extremely good service, Stephan was very cordial and engaging in conversation, all while seamlessly attending to other customer needs as well. My wife and I left with a big smile after a very enjoyable stop in a retail store. Who knew experiences like this could be found in retail!

Superb customer service. Seriously. Been looking for a particular pair of Volcom shorts and they had 'em. Ended up spending too much, but an attentive staff can do that.

Love Volcom, been wearing since early 90's.. My family and I still wear daily.. Really cool my 6 year old son got some free stickers when we were there after getting his first skateboard and slapped it on right away. The excitement in his face and the excellent customer service is why I continue to support this brand!!
