One of the worst locations. Zero customer service, they are very slow, 3 sales guys and non one greets me when I walked in. I sat there 45 minutes and then left with no help. Pathetic location. Granite bay is one of the best locations. Go there ?

While we were being checked in 3 different customers walked in and were served before us by sales staff, including one after our name had been called. Sales person told me there were no upgrades available for me and offered no options. Thoroughly disgusted by our experience there. I would post zero stars if I could.

Very poor experience. Employees were apathetic and unhelpful in replacing my broken phone. They said they couldn’t tell me what deals were available to me unless I paid off my broken phone. My other option would be to log in online. Except in order to log in online, they send a message to my broken phone. So there’s no way of accessing my account.

Alacia Franks with Verizon Business behaved in an unprofessional and immature manner. She not only was rapacious in trying to secure our business account long distance (without considering the numerous issues that could cause problems by not having a local rep), but also repeatedly gave me WRONG information, blamed innocent, hardworking local Verizon employees (who greatly assisted me) for her own bad advice, neglected to follow through, did not apologize or be accountable for her mistakes, and left me fearing more problems and issues due to her possible retaliation after I suggested to a customer service rep she lacked competence in her job. I truly hope Verizon will assign a mature, competent business account manager to help us from now on. So far, switching from T-MOBILE to Verizon has been a nightmare.

I haven't been to this Verizon for a couple of years and that's for a good reason. However I do need to go there today and I am dreading the visit. I'll come back and give another review if I see that customer service has changed I hope it has.

Do not go to this location. In July, I added 4 phones to my plan as a family plan. Was quoted $290 my bill vastly differs from this. I was made false promises including my husbands first responder discount. I have spoken with over 12 customer service reps, returned to this store and spoken with supervisors in customer care. I was told by this store to call retention. Retention does not exist. No one wants to help and the outsourcing individuals send you from rep to rep. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been a customer for 18 years I can not believe what Verizon has become. Their only job at this store is to up sale you on devices and get you on auto payment so you don’t realize your bill is not what they promised.

Well, the first 2 hours looked hopeful, all 4 hipsters were friendly, personable, seemed capable. The next day my line still hadn’t transferred so another guy tried to transfer and said he did, but he didn’t and the manager didn’t help him when he was clearly having issues. So I left again without a transfer. Spent 2 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service and got it resolved. I was leaving xfinity to give Verizon my business, transfer my number, bought a new phone, and ended up spending 6 hours trying to make it happen.

Went to trade in my old phone because it got messed up. Had to pay it off to the tune of $799 to become eligible for upgrade/trade in. Got my new phone yesterday and was told that if I upgraded my plan, I would get a better price for my old phone (value yesterday was $223) so I upgraded and had to wait overnight for the upgraded plan to kick in and they told me to bring the trade back today. Came back in today to find out that my trade's value had dropped from $230 to $111. They had me upgrade my plan knowing full well that my trade in value would be cut in half and then some. This is the last phone I will ever own with Verizon. In fact, I'm taking up a bunch of side jobs just to be able to pay off the phone and the ETFs in a few months or less so I can leave Verizon for knowingly and intentionally ripping me off. I've seen car salesmen with more integrity than the staff at Verizon. Avoid these guys at all costs!

I was having a crazy hard time talking to Verizon customer service over the phone to get anything resolved. It took me over 8 days to get any cell phone use. I was super frustrated and went into the actual Verizon store and Doug the Manager saved the day! He was patient, professional and understanding of my situation. He stayed on the phone with customer service for me for almost an hour and took care of it. You are the best Doug... I really appreciate your help!

Tip: Use the online scheduling tool rather than just walk in. Much better experience. Lots of people waiting and I just walked in and got stuff done. Knowledgeable staff.

Came in Sept with my kiddo to get his phone fixed because of a glitch. The rep was nice and upsold us the internet. There was a promotion going in and he said it would be $50 a month and now our bill is over $310. I called customer service and they told me to go back into the store. I will be filing a FCC complaint. Stop ripping families off, the store says one thing and when you call is a different story.

Came in to add a line and upgrade to the new iPhone. We got our bill the next month and it showed that both lines had insurance added to them without our acknowledgment. Now we have to take time out of our day just to remove the insurance and get a credit back to our account. That was a very shady way to do business for just a little extra commission. Chandler was the sales rep who helped us and I would not recommend coming to this location.

DOUG, the supervisor, is seriously incompetent and racist. We came in last night asking for help with an issue that could have been resolved last night, but because of his prejudice and incompetence, we were turned away. I went in the next morning, and Doug insisted that he told me to do a three-way call with the corporate # to solve the issue. He did not. My friend did not hear him say that either. We would know. We've been working on this issue for a couple of days. When I said he didn't, he raised his voice at me. Then he denied raising his voice at me??? When he clearly just did. He was looking giving me dirty looks. My dad has been a customer with Verizon for almost 20 years and this is how he is treated.30 minutes in, he finally gives me an international # that could possibly help. He also finally suggested to get someone else on the account who was authorized who "MAY" be able to help, per his words, after finally asking for the phone number on the account, a day later(and they were able to resolve it in less than an hour). I was trying to become authorized, but my dad does not have service and could not receive verification texts in order to authorize me, and I told him that last night. If Doug wasn't racist he could have helped us last night. I told him what country my dad lived in last night and he started to act weird afterwards. He also did not welcome us yesterday or today and was extremely rude. He welcomed all of the other white people with a smile and a loud hello. He made a face of disgust when he talked on the phone with my dad, who has an accent.So Doug inconveniences us by a whole day because of his incompetence, wastes our time when the issue could have been resolved last night if he had tried a little harder to help us last night, and is completely rude and racist. I know what racism looks like, Doug. You can deny that too, but you showed your true colors today.
