Everyone I encountered was very helpful and upbeat. The person who helped me with my fingerprinting, Jeanne, Was super friendly, explained everything to me, and was very patient as my fingerprints wouldn’t take, and she had to keep doing it over and over. She was welcoming every person into the store, people by name, and answering peoples questions while also helping me :-)

Yesterday Jeff was my UPS hero! My daughter is leaving for her freshman year of college and we wanted to be sure all our items arrived before move-in next week. We priced out what it would cost on your website and headed to a different UPS store location where we were told our estimated $75 shipping would be $190 and that they had no boxes for her softball bat so they would use boxes that would cost $30-60 to package it in and that shipping in those boxes would be another couple hundred dollars because of their size/shape. Needless to say, we grabbed our stuff and headed back to the car. I called your location from the parking lot and Jeff answered. He assured me that you had tube boxes right there and he knew exactly how to package her bat safely.
So off we went to your location. It was crazy busy, but Jeff packed up her bat, re-taped her box and got it labeled and onto the truck that had just pulled up… oh, and our $70 shipping estimate from the website was just about on target for the box! And it is on schedule to arrive in her college town the day we do! Jeff, you are amazing! THANK YOU!
