So, I'm a teacher and when I needed a new pencil sharpener, in November, I stopped on in. I picked up the most industrial one I could find and added the warranty because... kids. Now it's May and my pencil sharpener died. I headed back into the store for a replacement. Blake and his team did everything in their power to make sure I did not leave without a replacement. They were very helpful and attentive. Thank you so much! A+ work going on there!

Best place for passport photo in Folsom CA 95630. I went to Walgreen at 1100 Riley St. for passport this morning and got really low quality photo. In the afternoon I went to the Staple at 2435 Iron Point Rd, Folsom for a trial and was glad to get a much better one. Plus the price was even better. Thank you!

I needed help reducing and printing copies at the copy center. The young lady told me the store closed at 6:00 and she didn't have a cash draw, she told me I would have to come back the following day. According to the store clock it was 5:40. Staples post the copy centers hours if different from store hours.

A year ago I bought it Epson printer with a replacement warranty, today my printer stopped working and I brought it back to Staples because I had the replacement warranty. The manager of the store told me this is not a replacement warranty and I have to call the one 800 number for a refund and Emma it will take some times before even they send me a refund for me to come back to store and replace it. Please save your money for replacement warranty and don't waste it. I highly recommend to buy the electronic from the electronics store now from Staples since they're not honoring their warranty that they're selling.

Hats off for wonderful customer service by employee Dante. Went in to look at a new office chair. From there it was smooth sailing with the help of a VERY professional gentleman, Dante.Because of Dante I bought an extended warranty; something I never do. Dante helped me register the warranty & chair & loaded the boxed chair into my car. A great experience! Other retailers should have employees such as Dante!

Workers here are more responsive and helpful. Definitely knowledgeable unlike nextdoor, bestbuy bunch of idiots.I do come here for school and office supplies. they do sell some electronics here. but it's a hit and miss and you have to keep tabs. What's nice about the staff here and they still do assist you in carrying your big/bulky items to your car. So that's best for people that are alone

During this pandemic, I have found myself shopping here for home office supplies. All the staff here that I have spoken to have been helpful and engaging. I buy my ink pen refills here. The prices are on par to the big "A" online retailer. Also a few months back, I bought an office chair. I was able to go into the store and sit and test the chairs. I found one that was just right. Better yet it was 40% off and I had a $10 off coupon. The cashier offered to load the box into my car. He was not angling for a tip, just part of the customer service. I appreciated that. You can also have them assemble it for you for a fee of $60. Tip: In the far back wall of the store is a clearance section. It's a hit or miss to find a deal. But occasionally I score some bargains such as $1 two pocket portfolio folder and $2 1.5 inch D ring hardcover binder. Every time I drop in, I take the extra steps to mosey on over to check it out.
