Good selection of used cars at various price points. Because of this leverage however, negotiation is not something they will even remotely entertain. They wouldn’t consider a very reasonable (well above retail) offer that I made. You WILL pay the sticker price. Staff was professional.

I've bought three cars here over the years. They have always been very kind and honest and helpful. Cody in the service department is knowledgeable and his response time to calls is awesome. I also dealt with Robbie recently who went above and beyond to help me pair my iPhone with the car I purchased. They never make you feel rushed and take time with each customer. Great place. I'm sure when I am in the market for another car this is the place I will go.

Do not buy here nor waste your time. We found a CRV online we called they confirmed availability and drove two hours from the Bay Area. Upon arrival no one meet us outside I had to look for a salesman who after finding one looked bothered to help us. Zero customer service skills. We tested the CRV after a few minutes on the drive the check engine light came on and it started to overheat. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to coming. Beware you have been warned.

In the past 10 years I have purchased 3 vehicles from this company in Folsom and Roseville, all reliable! Ford excursion and two avalons of older years. I still have them. I love this place! Test drive without salesman, CARFAX on hand, and friendly.

Wanted to buy a used car. Went and test drove a couple of cars on their lot, unfortunately they had a bunch of cars that were not good. The salesperson was very nice but no lemon cars for me.

If I had an option for no stars I'd choose it. Terrible customer service. Went to check out a white 2015 audi a4.. loved the package of the car. During the road test the coolant level light turned on so we returned the vehicle. Waited a week and returned to the dealer thinking the car is fixed. Same issue is still happening to the car and this place is reallt hard to trust not a place to buy a used car. Go somewhere else

Was looking for a vehicle customer service in Roseville was horrible nobody would attend us and when trying to make a deal they had us sit in the office for 2 hours had me fill out the application myself while they sat in the other room laughing and more customers came in and got greeted and way better customer service for them 2 hours later they didn't even wanna do a credit check and just wasted my time and I asked to test drive a vehicle they allowed it there was some knocking coming from this car and when I asked about it employee played dumb acting like he didn't hear it I asked for a car fax report and he brought out a folder and said "there's no reports " nothing is wrong with the car just horrible when the car was clearly going out and they are still trying to sell it I don't recommend going here it's just all bad

I had a terrible experience with Triple Crown Auto. The manager, Mike, was completely shady and seemed intoxicated during our interaction. Even though I explicitly told him not to, he ran my credit multiple times from different banks, which could have negatively impacted my credit score. On top of that, the workers at this place are high school dropouts and were clearly under the influence of drugs. It was not a safe or professional environment at all. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Triple Crown Auto to think twice. The manager's behavior was unacceptable and unethical, and the workers were clearly not qualified for the job. There are plenty of other reputable auto shops out there that are worth considering.

Looked at a car a few days ago the manager didn't Even care to help. I was trying to get help and finally decided to leave because it felt like I was begging them. The cars are also ready to be junked. I went to a dealership in Douglas and got much better service and bought a great Pontiac for a great price.

Worst experience ever , save your money people and go to a Real dealership . We purchased a car from there and only 2 months after the car was leaking oil from multiple engine parts took it to a mechanic shop and turns out costing us $10k to replace and fix everything. Almost the same value of the car. Very disappointing.

Purchased a used Acura MDX from this dealership in Folsom. I also purchased a 3 year extended warranty on the vehicle that was offered through a third party provider, at the dealership. The car started showing signs of a problem after purchase. I took it to two different mechanics and was told by both, with pictures and video of the issue, that the engine had carbon build-up in it, and that the car needed a new engine, it was having internal engine failure. I contacted the warranty company and one of the few exclusions on the policy is carbon build-up, so the new engine is not covered under the warranty I purchased. As a used car dealership, asking a premium for their vehicles, they should have had the car thoroughly inspected by a reputable mechanic prior to advertising it for sale, and this could have been caught. Or they were aware of the issue, and sold the car despite that. Either way they do not thoroughly evaluate their vehicles prior to listing for sale. I would suggest, if you want to buy a car from here, to take it to your own mechanic and have them check the entire car from top to bottom.

Sold me a suv for $15,000 that has major issues! Bought it three months ago. These guys are NOT GOOD Or TRUSTWORTHY! Buy a used vehicle for a credible franchise. Every experience I’ve had at a protein dealer ship is terrible.
