We just purchased a very clean older vehicle from Triple Crown Auto Sales. The day after our purchase we noticed a gauge on the dash was not working. Triple Crown said to bring it to their service department in Folsom. Robbie with their service department has been very kind, honest, patient and thorough. I am very pleased with the excellent service and professionalism I've experienced during this experience. I definitely recommend this company to anyone. We are returning customers and will be again in the future if we decide to purchase another vehicle.

I drove more than 3 hours from San Francisco for nothing. I asked them ahead of time that if they can do commercial financing the worker on the phone said yes they can do it but when I get there after driving 3 hours he said they don’t do commercial financing unprofessional place stay away from this place by all cost !!!

The staff at Triple Crown Auto were fantastic and helpful. I saw a car on CarGurus being sold at Triple Crown Auto and immediately called to ask if the vehicle was available. Steven let us know the correct address because there are two locations called Triple Crown Auto! I told him I was traveling far to test drive the car. When we arrived, the car was put on the side of the building for us to test drive, one of the most personable acts I've ever seen by anyone selling a product. We were able to test drive the car quickly. There were only two staff members available, and it was the first sunny weekend, so it was a bit of a wait due to other buyers in the car lot. The pricing was upfront and transparent. No hidden costs. It was an overall pleasant visit. I'm writing this review because their office contacted us a month later. The DMV tags were shipped back to the dealership due to a mishap. What amazed me was that their customer service did not end when we drove the car off the lot. They contacted us to ensure they could send the tags to the correct address. Accommodating, patient, and humorous staff!

I've bought three cars here over the years. They have always been very kind and honest and helpful. Cody in the service department is knowledgeable and his response time to calls is awesome. I also dealt with Robbie recently who went above and beyond to help me pair my iPhone with the car I purchased. They never make you feel rushed and take time with each customer. Great place. I'm sure when I am in the market for another car this is the place I will go.

Do not buy here nor waste your time. We found a CRV online we called they confirmed availability and drove two hours from the Bay Area. Upon arrival no one meet us outside I had to look for a salesman who after finding one looked bothered to help us. Zero customer service skills. We tested the CRV after a few minutes on the drive the check engine light came on and it started to overheat. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to coming. Beware you have been warned.

If I had an option for no stars I'd choose it. Terrible customer service. Went to check out a white 2015 audi a4.. loved the package of the car. During the road test the coolant level light turned on so we returned the vehicle. Waited a week and returned to the dealer thinking the car is fixed. Same issue is still happening to the car and this place is reallt hard to trust not a place to buy a used car. Go somewhere else

Was looking for a vehicle customer service in Roseville was horrible nobody would attend us and when trying to make a deal they had us sit in the office for 2 hours had me fill out the application myself while they sat in the other room laughing and more customers came in and got greeted and way better customer service for them 2 hours later they didn't even wanna do a credit check and just wasted my time and I asked to test drive a vehicle they allowed it there was some knocking coming from this car and when I asked about it employee played dumb acting like he didn't hear it I asked for a car fax report and he brought out a folder and said "there's no reports " nothing is wrong with the car just horrible when the car was clearly going out and they are still trying to sell it I don't recommend going here it's just all bad

Once again I am writing a remand review. This is for Ryan at the repair shop and the rest of the staff there. DO NOT BUY a CAR here. SAVE YOUR MONEY. They sale cars from the Roseville and Folsom location not complete and then turn around and say well you bought an used car what do you expect? Charging outrageous prices for tunes up and coil etc. by the way that used car was $16500 dollars and they treat me like yesterday left over dog p**** TERRIBLE!!!! P.S. Also keep in mind I was there only a month ago for the same issue with my check light engine coming on. Terrible!!!

Bought a car two months ago a month later car is having problems go and take it to get it fixed they said they found the problem and fixed the issue a month later after that having the same issue and that all cost to get this fixed same problem that they should've fixed the first time. Very upset that we put our trust into this car dealership and pay so much money a month to have car issues less than a month of having the car and have to dish out more money to repair it. Something that should've already been repaired before even trying to sell the car very dishonest very unprofessional it sounds like they don't want customers, want to be dishonest to your customers want to sell them bad cars lemons and then charge them for a problem that the customer shouldnt have in a short period of time of having the car.

Very horrible place to deal with first they wouldn't make any negotiations on prices .People that work there are so lazy and very rude when asked questions. On top of that sold me a car that had issues. The back of the head is leaking there for I have to pay my mechanic 1,700 to repair it please stay away very bad service and very bad workers.

My wife purchased a 2011 Lexus RX 450 H from this dealer. They charged her top KBB price. Both the inside front tires were shot, the tires on the back were out of date, the car needed an alignment Cost for new tires and alignment was $1100. They sold ithe Lexus to her without the second key fob, cost was $400. All the plastic clips in the engine compartment were missing which should've been a red flag as those are super inexpensive and easy to replace. We have been having electrical issues and pulled the battery out of the trunk and realized that the dealership had put a battery in half the size and placed it on a brake pad to raise the height of the battery up. The battery has a a brand new date code on it. Not only did it create electrical problems but also was a Heath hazard had the brake pad rubbed away the bottom of the battery. $150 For a new battery . I called the dealer after my wife bought it and asked them to give a credit for the tires or the key fob and they refused. I wish we would've found the battery out sooner as we would've never bought this vehicle from triple crown. They deserve three thumbs down

I love how honest these guys are. Kody and his diagnostic team gave me an estimate and even fixed my drooping skid-plate in just an hour, and told me exactly what was going on and where. Major kudos.
