Don’t go that store they give me aa fake 20 dollar bill when i go after 20 to 30 mints they said sorry i didn’t give you that bill. first they said let me camera when i said you can check camera then girl said no. don’t waste money here.

Okay I shop Tommy from a few different stores near me. This one is a big, nice, and clean store. But does not have good staff. The staff are not welcoming at all. I also had a bad experience.
Here is the story: I bought 11 items including 3 pants which I picked from the same shelf. I normally double check the size but if they are in the same shelf that says "Slim Fit" I trust the store and do not check every single pant to make sure it is Slim Fit. A few days later I have wore one of the pants and it does not feel like Slim fit, but again I trust the store, so I don't check it. Maybe it will feel right later. The next day I see the back of the pants where it says "Regular Fit and I figure I was right. I wash the pants that I wore for a day, and I take it back to store to return it, only to find out they won't accept it back because I have washed it. Maybe if I had not washed it they could have sold the pants that I wore for a whole day to somebody else, right? But not after it's been washed because it looks washed. I did not like their logic nor their treatment of me. It is on you if you like to buy from them, but even if you double check the fit and size and everything, good luck wearing something that someone wore for a whole day.
If it was me not liking what I have purchased intentionally, I would totally take the responsibility. But if the store has tricked me to buy something I did not like because it was in the wrong shelf, they need to take the responsibility for that.

Unpleasant Experience at Tommy Hilfiger Store on 12/13/2023I visited the Tommy Hilfiger store today and had an unfortunate encounter. As I exited the store without making a purchase, the security door rang and I stepped back inside. A Young Blonde Lady who was working there, RAN into me , grabbed my bags and proceeded to check them without any apology. The manner in which this was done was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. While I understand the need for security checks, the lack of courtesy in handling the situation was unacceptable. I use to enjoy shopping at this store in the past but this experience left me with a negative impression, and I won't be returning.

First off this store is always one of my first stops when I shop at the outlets and I usually always walk out with something. Today however, (1/22) the employees would not stop staring at my girlfriend and I. It’s like they were purposely trying to give us the impression that we were trying to steal something. I caught one guy eyeing me when I was trying on a flannel. Also, not one person checked on us to see if were doing ok. I definitely felt like I was in a toxic environment so we had to leave. I’ve seen way better customer service at McDonald’s. That staff needs to do better.
