After suffering in grown toe nails and infections at another shop I was reluctant to continue having pedicures. When I noticed that others were very happy with Joyce, the owner, and that she only uses organic high grade products I decided to give her a try. So happy I did! Her attractive shop is meticulously maintained, and she gives the best pedicures and leg massages.

I absolutely love this place!!! It's one owner, one manicurist place. Not like those assembly line places where you don't get individual and personalized service. Joy is amazing!!! She's so gentle, you don't even know she doing anything. It might be a little more $$ but, soooo worth it. I found her on my hunt for new nail salon; tried her and couple others. I'll never stray. Other places have cut me when working on my cuticles. I've even gotten fungal infections on toes before. NOT HERE! Joy uses only the best organic natural nontoxic products. She doesn't do acrylics which always makes the salons smell. Her place is super clean. You get tea or water refreshment while you're getting service done. She's very meticulous and my gel manicures last about three weeks. Highly recommend this place.

Joyce Chang uses only high quality, nontoxic polishes & gels & organic skincare products. French Tip colors are beautifully hand painted to your preference, no stick-on or stencil applications. Joyce's touch is so precise & gentle around the cuticles. As a regular customer now, I've seen the health of my cuticles & nails improve. So whether you are looking for a Classic Manicure or to spoil yourself with a Spa Mani & Hot Stone Pedi, you'll leave here happy & so relaxed!

The only place I will go to. The owner, Joyce, is extremely professional. Time to shine Nails is very cute, relaxing and clean. The massage chair is great. I've had classic nails, classic pedi, spa pedi, brows - all fabulous. Joyce, is the owner and does all the services herself. Easy parking.

Quality, quiet, professional are just a few comments. Brought my wife here for a gift for her birthday. Joyce explained different options to my wife and answered her questions. My wife was extremely impressed at the end and will return again.

I came here after seeing the Google and Yelp reviews and I am amazed of the work that Joyce does. I got shellac gel nails and Joyce took her time in making my nails look perfect. She was so easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed and welcomed unlike other nail shops. There is a saying that you get what you paid for and that's what this nail salon is. I will definitely come back here again for the excellent service and the highest quality that I've received. This spot is also extremely clean and it does NOT smell like chemicals! Her decor is also really cute too!

Decided to try this place after carefully reading all the reviews and what an amazing experience it turned out to be. This place has a nice relaxing ambience and it is very clean. On top of it, there is ABSOLUTELY no toxic chemical smell. It's a must see to believe. Joyce did a wonderful job with my nails. She takes pride on what she does and her skills definitely show it. Love all the products she uses! Thank you very much Joyce for making nails healthy once again.

Joyce is super detailed and very careful. I have never seen a spa so clean! I give her my highest recommendation for a thorough, friendly experience where you will walk out with great looking nails!

The best manicure I've ever had! All organic products and no toxic or smelly chemicals. This is not your average nail salon and Joyce is such a gem! She takes the time to do it right and you'll leave wondering why other places are still in business. I believe she still takes walk ins but make an appt if you can. The five stars are legit!
