My husband and I went to do some Christmas shopping for our daughter and had some time alone to do it so we decided to head in to her one of her favorite stores. Not only were we completely rushed but felt like I couldn’t even grab a pair from the table without someone trying to do it for me. I don’t need assistance shopping and if I did I would have asked. Samantha not only disappointed us, but we felt like we couldn’t look at everything.

The manager in the evenings is amazing! He has helped us out many times and he is very understanding and accommodating. He is very friendly, which makes our shopping experience even better. Thank you so much. We will continue to shop at Tilly's in Folsom!

Very comfortable and fast shopping experience. The people on the floor are very helpful and direct in a good way. Brandon helped us out and was definitely the best help we could've asked for.

yo this review is fo matthews mattresses. we was too scared of matthew, gorgis as he is, to post it there so we thought we would tell his neighbors and see if they wanna tell matthew. ANywas the mattresses were so comfortable!! I was able to jump between them throughout the entire store and then take a nap and nobody gave a $%@! Anyways after i made my selections, I got rang up at the cash register by an extremely handsome fellow named Matthew. I could hardly focus on taking the money out of my pocket cuz I was so focused on the chizled jawline of matthew and those sparkling blue eyes of his. after a couple minutes of staring at him I managed to fumble a couple dollars out of my pocket and give it to him. I was so nervous that I wasn't able to respond to his "have a nice day" oh that angelic voice! anyway mattress worked great. put it outside my homie's prison window and he landed with no bones broke. 10/10

Excellent customer service!!!! There was about 4 workers in the store and every single salesperson greeted me and offered help with find items.wish other retailers would take note- You all were awesome... Thank you for helping us find clothes for trip.

I would love to go to your store, since my teenagers and I have really liked shopping there over the years. However, now that there is literally a homeless camp behind your shop (across from Zocolo and McDonald's), the area has become too unsafe for us to frequent. Being that Folsom PD doesn't seem to care about the fact that there have been drugs and alcohol, along with trash strewn about the sidewalk behind your store, and these several homeless men and women laying all over the ground with their dog, and their shopping carts overflowing with garbage, I guess you will just continue to lose business and hope to stay open. Maybe I will need to give my money to some cleaner town. Thank you. Hope things change soon.

Stopped by here yesterday, they're pretty organized and was able to find The pants I was looking for and my daughter left the store as well so will be visiting again for after school shopping for sure. The staff was kind and helpful and I was in and out of the check out within three minutes definitely recommend
