Went into the West Sac store on Sunday morning told the salesperson my price range and Spa requirements,the spa that met my needs was located at the Folsom store. I purchased exactly the spa I needed on Weds. My spa will be delivered on Oct 14th thx HOT Tub sore.

I was a walk-in customer to the store. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and without and perceivable sales pressure, which was comforting and confidence-building. Sales associate and hot tub expert Scott M. took excellent care of me throughout the entire process: from the decision-making stage through to delivery, installation, and beyond. I’m over the moon about my experience, and recommend this location to anyone with similar intent!

Please let me be clear - NOT VERY WELL.
The service on my Cold Plunge has been awful. I have reported multiple challenges and they have not taken responsibility for there products.

Corey helped us throughout the entire process. We started in the summer of 2023 and finally purchased in April. He helped us find the right hot tub for our family and pointed out the upgrades that mattered. He didn’t give up on us and his follow up was perfect! He kept us in the loop if there were sales/specials/promotions. We were going to look around but didn’t even bother after the service he provided. We couldn’t be happier with our new hot tub and Corey!!

We accidentally found The Hot Tub Store in Folsom when we found out we were unable to buy a spa locally at a competitors shop which was closed. My husband and I are glad things worked out the way they did. Our experience has been wonderful. We had the pleasure of working with Scott. He was great at explaining the different types and brands of hot tubs they offered. I think what impressed us the most was his knowledge of the products and the fact he did not pressure us at all. He listened to what we were looking for and helped give insight on which spa might be an option for us. We truly enjoyed our shopping and sale experience with the Hot Tub Store and will refer everyone we know to Scott and the store. Thank you Scott! Loving our new spa!

My new to me swim spa is fantastic! I appreciate the guidance toward the best fit for me provided by Patrick. He was patient with my numerous questions. Christian was engaging and easy to understand at my in store orientation. Monique was kind when calling to schedule delivery etc. The delivery crew was great! Jer, the service rep who connected the remote was extraordinary! The only thing that could have made this better would have been having a coordinator or check list of things to expect (like how long the installation will take, when the electrician should be scheduled after the installation, what size crane is needed, etc.) This is my first swim spa and I had no clue of all that goes into installing one. Patrick did a great job of getting the installation instructions to me but the electrician, the concrete installer, and the crane service all had questions that needed answering and/or issues to resolve. I was having to contact Patrick to ask questions I didn't truly understand, wait for him to get the information and call me back, then contact my contractors to give answers I didn't truly understand. Occasionally, I had to call more than once to get the answers I needed. In a perfect world, there would be one person with all of the answers to whom I could ask my questions or refer my contractors.
Despite that minor discomfort, I would definitely shop there again!
