I came really early to check on their stuff. I touched one of their last chance item and the lady with short kind curly hair was sooooo rude she right away said we can't open that one in very rude voice like she maybe thinking I can't afford their products. I'm Asian . I feel very discriminated by her. She never offers for help, no good morning, or how are you the only voice I've heard was WE CANT OPEN that one. Kinda scary specially you are there to spend your money . It's not worth it to save a couple dollars to come here if employees treated you bad.. she never offers to help.I asked for help and nobody helps me and instead give me a look. I also think the other employee that was there was scared of her. Maybe she own the store? Or doesn't want Any customer that's in color. (Hopefully not) In the end I decided to buy that foundation have no idea what color would it be, I checked it and sneak a peak since no tester available for me so I have no idea if it's matches my color and no matter what I'm gonna buy it anyway and then she came sneak behind me and mad for sneaking... she is olderly woman in her 50s I think or 60s rude to me but to other customer that wasn't Asian she was nice. Leaving their store feeling so bad. Why is she is she working in customer service? It's sad but might not coming back here

Visited store 12/29/23 around 6:00.I sensed a disdainful attitude from the sales person immediately. I left without purchasing anything and will not consider returning.Her treatment towards customers is inexcusable. I strongly advise against patronizing this store if you value respect and decent customer service.I came in just to browse, but was interested in an Este Lauder product for my daughter. I was met with disdain and a complete lack of respect from the clerk.Not only did she display blatant rudeness, but her passive-aggressive behavior and mockery towards my questions were unprofessional.There wasn't a single other customer in sight, yet her rude behavior persisted.Seems like my experience is similar to others. Management, which is probably her, doesn't seem to care.To take the time to even post this review means that her behavior was atrocious enough to warrant a response.Hire and train better people! Do better!

I felt discriminated when this older lady with short hair working made my husband and I wait outside for an hour. Her excuse was that there was a lot of people in the store, we patiently waited then someone came out and she still wouldn't let us both inside. I was a regular here but will never be coming back here again!

It is a very rare thing for me to give out one star reviews. But alas, I have to say that this place warrants it. Was just in here and the girl who worked there was acting like it was a privilege for me to be in the store.To top that off, hardly anything has prices on it, and you always have to ask what the price of some thing is. They don't have testers for everything and when I opened the lid to smell a product to see if I wanted to buy it (it was hair conditioner), She shouted at me me "you can't open that!". Wow.I've never, except maybe one other time in my life, have told someone that they had rude customer service, but I told this girl to her face and promptly left. Avoid!

The absolute worst customer service and they profile their customers. Went in today and asked where something was and got hit with attitude from the older white woman who works there. Also got followed around the store and asked 15 times if I needed any help. I am a former Estée Lauder employee and my experience today was disappointing to see how downhill the company has went. This store and these employees need major review.

I visited on a Friday, 10-11 am, in July 2023, and the store was open. Just one sample point, in case this is helpful for others. The store person was reasonably friendly and helpful. Not sure about the previous negative reviews. I thought it was a overall reasonable shopping experience normally expected at CCS or other similar mall stores.

Always closes for hours during times they are posted as open. Its Saturday at 3pm and they are closed for lunch.

I went here for the first time this past weekend and had a great experience! The store was very clean, well organized, and the prices are GREAT! I was helped by a store associate named Pamela, she was very kind and gave me wonderful skin care recommendations. She also helped my daughter find some great makeup products. I will definitely be returning!

The hours never match what is posted on line. They close whenever they want, take 2/3 hr lunches and leave a sign on the door. I haven’t been able to successfully get in the door to shop there in months. Its insane.

My recent visit to a cosmetic store, where I had been a loyal customer for years and had previously shopped at their branches in other states, was a truly dreadful experience. Firstly, the store had an unusual practice of closing for an extended lunch break, which was inconvenient for customers. But even worse, the new manager was shockingly rude, displaying blatant racism and disrespect towards me and other shoppers. Her behavior conveyed a sense of entitlement and superiority, as if she were the owner of the company and the customers were mere low-income individuals. This was by far the worst encounter I have ever had at a cosmetic store and I will not be returning.

I have been to this particular store at least 5 times during normal business hours. 4 out of the 5 there was a sign on the door that stated they were at lunch or otherwise away. Don’t waste your time. Go to the Napa or Vacaville store.

Unprofessional attitudes by Thongsai and Chris, store Mgr. Made purchase over phone, some items were wrong items....they said once shipment leaves store it's not their problem. Willing to keep items but I overpaid! What kind of customer service is that??? This could be rectified by the store but they don't want to be bothered.

The staff here are always helpful and friendly. Definitely worth coming in for beauty products at a good price! Even though I don’t need anything I always find myself buying a whole bunch of stuff from here ?
