Update: After my first try with The Blossom shop I hesitated to call about my delivery issue and made a review instead. Ibwishbibhad called right away as the owner was beyond accommodating when she found out about the delivery issue, they showed genuine professionalism and let me know that had I reach out earlier she would have replaced the whole order. Thank you for the consideration!
This was my first time using The Blossom shop for a last-minute National Girlfriend Day gift. I came in knowing it could be a stretch since I came in on my lunch break the same day I needed the flowers. I was offered an awesome deal with the delivery fee explained. I was offered a cute card to add a message on, and they made sure to ask what delivery instructions they would need.
I asked specifically that the flowers not be left outside the gate due to heat. I would be working from home and near my phone the whole time so to please call me when the flowers were delivered or on the way if possible. I was told in the store to expect delivery around 5-6pm and that the instructions were "not a problem."
As seen in the pictures that one instruction was not followed through with. I'm not a professional at all but the flowers were wilting (dried pedals on a few rose pedals) when I brought them in the house around 6pm when I noticed it hadn't gotten a call and decided to go check the gate. I believe that because of this, the flowers did not get an honest chance to last. They smelled awesome, and the arrangement was a hit, but we could not enjoy them for more than a few days. Even after caring for the water and such.
I am not sure if I'd do delivery if I were to come back as the main concern of avoiding having the flowers exposed to too much heat was not avoided. I appreciate the last minute help. The initial reaction from my girlfriend was awesome.

I was the recipient of some flowers ordered and delivered from The Blossom Shop, and I was so blown away by the quality and customer service that I knew I needed to write a review myself!
They tried to deliver to my house, but no one was home, so they texted me to tell me they were on the porch. I let them know we wouldn't be home until this evening, and they offered to drive back, pick them up, and deliver to me at work instead. Not only did they offer this (which I wouldn't have asked for or expected!) but they were so KIND and generous about it, and even wished me a happy birthday!
The bouquet itself is so gorgeous - lots of variety and texture and so many beautiful fresh blooms that smell amazing. I know now that this is my go-to shop in the future!

This shop has won my heart. They made a beautiful wreath for my mom’s memorial/celebration of life gathering. They were sympathetic, understanding and considerate of what I was requesting from the moment I walked in. They listened to my ideas, suggested items and it was a wonderful process. It’s nice when you meet great people along the way in life and this shop was just truly that. Thank you Mary Beth and her mom for making this day even brighter with this wreath. It made my mom’s day even more special. And thank you for the magical touch of having my mom’s picture be a part of it. ?

Awesome flowers , great place! Very friendly, well worth it! They turned out so amazing & my girlfriend loved them! Even told me it’s the best bouquet out all the times I have surprised her with flowers!

Pretty much all florists make beautiful arrangements, but the two I’ve had sent from The Blossom Shop have been stunning! Called this morning to speak with the floral designer to arrange a custom bouquet for my mom, to celebrate her last day of radiation treatment. We were overwhelmed with how beautiful the arrangement is! The flowers are great quality and last a long time. I will be ordering from them for all my local flower needs.

Wonderful customer service. I called the day before I needed an arrangement delivered. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful, friendly, and sent me photos is colors of orchids, that I had in mind. The arrangement was delivered the following day like promised and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Thank you so much I will definitely be ordering again

An excellent, small, family owned shop. My mother passed unexpectedly, and the shop was so gracious and helped me order some small arrangements. They were perfect and done on time. Would highly recommend.

The delivery was 4 days late and didn't have the balloon I paid for. Very dissatisfied and do not recommend their services.
