They have a giant sign for returns and exchanges and a solid 20-30 feet away a sign for "registry and order pick" I had an order pick up - so I stood under the sign for order pick up. Meanwhile the line for the return and exchanges continued to mount up. After waiting there for 15 minutes one of their brian dead employees said: "Sir - do you have a pick up? There's just one line" I pointed out that I am standing in front of a desk immediately under the sign that says pick up. And she says: "well there's just one register." 1) Why the hell would have an order "pick up" line (a relatively fast process) queue up in the same line as returns and exchanges? (a relatively slow process and sometimes complicated process like the lady who was there today and requires the assistance of three separate people to sort out her issue? 2) There is a pretty substantial gap between the pick-up sign and the return and exchange sign - there is even a gap in the counter space in between them and a doorway in between them. It quite clearly looks to have been intentionally designed so that customer who are picking up can just pick up their damn order without needing to wait for a half an hour behind the returns and exchanges people. Stupid.

One of the best targets in the area. Pharmacy, Starbucks, makeup, drive up pickups, electronics area, changing rooms, you name it, they've got it. Mens clothing / shoes section is a little lackluster at this location, but there are better places to go for mens clothes in the area already. Although target is nice and clean and beautifully lit with wide aisles. They have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I worked there as a teen. I always feel racially profile when I walk into our location where I live just a s***** experience all around spend a lot of money I'd rather go to the ghetto one in Rancho Cordova I said what I said and I would never take any of it back or backtrack. Their employees need to go to customer service training immediately

Is it the season? Is it the store or what is actually happening?! The shelves barely have merchandise, the lines are extraordinarily long and the store seems chaotic. Will have to come back to see if things improve.

I go to this target weekly. Cleaned and organized. I always do self check out so can't vouch for customer service. But I love shopping here! My only gripe is the hot food service is kinda lacking. There's usually one employee that works back there but they never see you to come oit to take your order. Sometimes I leave in frustration BC no one comes out after waiting for 10 minutes

Service is ok. I go there often to pick up odds and ends so I'm familiar with the store but if your not is not that easy to find someone to direct you. They have a wide variety of just about everything from soup to nuts to auto supplies. They are always busy because it's our Folsom community go to for just about everything. There prices I feel are comparable to other places and fair.

Need to pay more attention to the restrooms. Women's restroom was smeared with diarrhea in 2+ stalls and over nearly the entire restroom floor.

Such a waste of my time. Call and ask about a product, was told it's in and not street dated so come on down and will grab it for you. So I drive 55 minutes to get it and arrive excited to finally get the items and I show up and one of there high and mighty managers said he can't pull it out until middle of next week. The gentleman who I asked first said again it's not street dated so that manager is a horrible person and sucks

Please check your receipts after your visit to the Folsom Target. They have overcharged me on every single visit. They ring up single items multiple times. I have been overcharged each visit ranging from $10 through $40. I usually spend close to $300 a visit, three times a month. Each Visit! I have brought this to the attention of management three times and it is still happening. I will no longer shop here. With this economy, I go to Target to save money. But the opposite is happening at this store. I am losing money because the cashiers overcharge every single visit. There has not been a single visit where I wasn't overcharged. Either the manager is forcing the cashiers to do this to make their numbers look better than they are, or the Target Corp has the system rigged to overcharge customers. (Search google and you will find they have done other things like this in the past). And this is probably the reason why I see everyone using self-checkout even when there are long lines. They don't trust the cashiers. I will never shop here again because the manager seems to not care and has never once offered me any kind of resolution. Look at your receipts, use self-checkout, or go somewhere else because you will get overcharged at this store. This store needs to be investigated as well as the manager. I cannot imagine how much profit they are making by scamming customers this way.

I love this target, but this review is about the Starbucks that is in this target. You do get free refills when you order and want to go back for the refill. Today I was denied a refill because the worker said it was only for teas and cold coffee's which I ordered a cappuccino because typically he would get a refill with a cappuccino because it is under a hot coffee, which Starbucks approves for free refills... I believe if it is on their companies app that it should be respected or maybe the employees need a little more training

I bought a pair glasses from the Folsom store, and at the time of purchase, they informed me that I had a warranty for free replacements. Sometime later my glasses, we're scratched, and I inquired in regards to the warranty and what I should do. The lady said there was no warranty and there's no free replacements. I informed her this is not what I was told. She said there's nothing that she could do. So I went onto the Target website to fill out a store experience form on a link. I then later received an email with a link to file a claim. I use the link and was sent an email by LensCrafters. They said that they have nothing to do with target optical and they would try to reach out to the store manager to help. Today I received an email from LensCrafters with the following statement from the regional manager of Target, Danielle. "Hi, Please close the loop with this guest. This is a guest that has a history with consistent issues (all notes in his file) and how he communicates with the team is hostile. He had two remakes due to him not understanding his rx. He did not redeem the WFPP previously. Appreciate it and thank you, Danielle" All the statements in this message were lies. I did not mistake my RX and did not have them remade. I had my lenses replaced under the warranty for free because they were scratched. The store manager wouldn't even speak to me because they said the optical dept was separate from Target. I'm am not a hostile person. I do not have a criminal record and I take great offense to this statement from Target's regional manager. Very unprofessional and I am still waiting on a resolution to this problem. They have lost customers for life.

I am sickened by the lack of humanity with all the staff at this location. As I was shopping, I notice a man enter the store that was CLEARLY not well. He was wearing a purple hospital gown, had historical bracelets on both wrists and had scrapes and cuts all over his face. I saw him take off his gown and put clothes from the rack on. I told a team member and she said they "are handling it." The man continued to find shoes and a shirt. Still, no team member was in the area. I saw the security card at the front of the store drinking what looked like coffee. I exited the store and then I saw the man exit the store. I told another team member what was happening and still no one helped. The man walked through the parking lot- no one tried to stop him. I was in my car at this point and called the local police. I gave them updates that lead the police to the man. I know that employees are only allowed certain protocol but I seriously don't think ignoring mentally us stable man is protocol. Target employees at this location need training and cultural awareness.

Very unpleasant trip, along with the past three trips. I'm a Folsom resident and have been my entire life. I understand the need for loss prevention but it becomes an issue when I turn around and see a worker staring a hole through my back as if I am a criminal. It is extremely disrespectful and I can not imagine how many other people are uncomfortable with the feeling of a "target" on their back.

I asked three different associates to help me locate an item and they didn't help me - sent me all over the store - such a waste of my time - just order online - the store is useless
