HORRIBLE Horrible company, dont waste your time here. Employees were fine for the most part, but either didn't know how to to there job or have no control over the broken underlying system. I was just trying to reactivate my account and after talking to three people on the phone I finally was told I had to go into the store to fix the issue. I went in and they told me I needed to wait 3 more days for the 90 day hold to be up on my account. Three days later I went in and they said my account was locked out because it had exceeded the 90 day period. The system is totally busted, and the employees had no way to overwrite or go around it. Or they just didn't know how or didn't want to. Either way, DO NOT waste your time with this company. I imagine the only reason they have customers is for those who have no other options.

Came in today looking for a hotspot and data plan. Noor and Nikki were absolutely phenomenal! Very considerate, very approachable. They even tested my new hotspot in store to make sure the hotspot, sim card, and battery were all working properly. (Never had that happen before.) It was easily the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a phone/internet service retailer. Hats off to both of them, thank you for being wonderful and helping keep my dream alive!!

Was given the wrong information, sold on promotions I wasn't eligible for. Found out I was paying for things I was told we're free but wasn't given the entire picture. I was told to drop my old devices off at the T-Mobile off of blue ravine and E bidwell, which was kind of weird but I'm glad I did. When I dropped off my old device they were the ones to catch and informed me about what my bill was actually going to look like and fix the situation. I'll never go to a non-corporate T-Mobile store again.

Workers are very nice first of all, but you better study up, because they just do not know enough to really help people, if you have certain needs, if you want to blow a ton of dough, then they are great to have.

I went to this t-mobile store because my flip phone had a malfunction and assurant had referred me to tmobile to get a resolutionWhen I explained to the Manager Ariyan what assurant had said he said that I should take it up with samsung. I explained to him that I purchased the phone from t-mobile and had no dealings with samsung to which he responded ' what do you want us to do, fix your phone with our bare hands' I was appalled at the lack of customer serviceI have been a t-mobile customer for 13 years and this is definitely not the customer service I am accustomed to. I will not be going to that store ever again.

I went to the T-Mobile Store in the Palladio and was lied to about phone inventory. Nuriddin helped us and was rude and lied straight to our face. We just wanted to upgrade a phone and he lied and told me he didn’t have any and sent us away. Never going to this store again.

10,000 Stars to Nicole. I started at the other Folsom store, where the guy that helped me was a complete jerk and sexist pig. I had done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted and he tried to tell me I did not know what I wanted, and demanded to know why I wanted a SIM card. After that experience, I was not even sure I wanted to go with T-mobile. But I thought: Let's give the Palladio store a chance. I walked in and both T-Mobile Reps were helping other customers, but Nicole greeted me and said she would be with me shortly, which I really appreciated. After about a 10 minute wait after she had quickly helped the woman in front of me, she greeted me and asked what she could do for me. I told her about my other experience earlier and her empathy and professionalism put me at ease this would be a better experience. She asked me a couple of very basic questions to understand what I wanted, and acknowledged that I had done my homework and came prepared and knowing what I wanted (no hassle or attempt to upsell to me at all). She went to work, and got me out the door quickly, meet all my needs, executed everything perfectly with my phone and pay-as-you-go plan all working and did it with professionalism, good natured humor, and respect. Zero condescension, zero sexism, zero ageism. Bravo, Nicole, and thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish every cell phone business/service transaction could be this good. I would not dread it so much if that were true.

Very courteous staff. Got to know this is a 3rd part company helping T-mobile (unable to recollect the name of the girl who helped me. Attn: management - Kudos to her, if you can.)My problem was that I was dealing with wrong charges on my bill. Was on customer service line for 2 hours. Instinctively, I dropped by a store while over the phone with customer service to avoid any further "transfers". I was almost convinced by the person phone that everything is set right, and charges reversed until the store member interrupted them saying she does not see the reversal. In short- I was given a false promise by TMobile over phone.More power to you guys at store.

At this location, we were misled and lied to when we started our first T-mobile contract in so many ways. We are being charged for devices that we were told were free with trade in. They said we would have a first responder discount and it has been a constant battle to maintain that. We get messages that T-mobile is changing promised promotions without us making any changes.It was bad from the get-go, but we wanted to give them a chance to make it right. Big mistake. On day 1 we went through all the contract parameters with the customer service rep, and when we agreed and it came time to implement our first T-mobile contract, they invented a fake low credit score. We showed them that it was incorrect by running our own report, but their fake report led to changes in the first responder discount structure that they assured us would be resolved in the next billing period. That has proven to be a complete lie.We have spent hours upon hours dealing with their customer service. We frequently get messages that there's some new charge or new change to our plan that we did not make.Yes, all the mobile companies are predatory, but T-mobile is definitely the worst of the worst, and this location in particular is run by scam artists.

Ariyan was awesome, so was the manager. I needed a new plan and they set me up with a great deal. Walked me through everything very patiently. They were smart and honest. Highly recommend this store.
