Kalyn was awesome! It was busy when I came into the store but she was able to help a customer and while they were working on something she came over to me and took care of me in less than 10 min. I appreciate your help yesterday!

This company is taking advantage of seniors but additionally this location on east bidwell has the most unprofessional manager who also lies. Mathew the manager told my dad he had no balance when we canceled service in October and then today refused to give me the information needed to make a complaint regarding him. When all he needed to do was spend 7 mins contacting the customer service to put in a verification code. He claimed someone would contact me. We'll see! I went to the other Folsom location and Carter and Nikki were wonderful and I timed that it took 7 mins to connect us with Susan in customer service who was also very sweet and took care of the late fee incurred due to Mathews incompetence in telling us there was no bill in October when they're truly was a bill that covered the September month of service. If any representative from the company would like to discuss this horrible employee you have on staff or the awful experiences that caused us to leave your company and discourage every person we can from going to T-Mobile please contact me!

Worst customer service. My son went to Verizon for a new phone, T-Mobile provided a port # he left Verizon after the porting process. TMobile won’t release my sons phone number who is back east in the Airforce after 5 phone calls told either of us to go into the store, we both have tried this and I waited an hour & the person who saw me picked up a phone and told me the account was closed when I’m fact it’s wasn’t. They are still charging me for services on a number that was porting out but refuse to remove the port protection & release the line. 6th phone call they are saying the account is open and to go back into the store. What absolute worthless customer service. Zero stars!!!!

My daughter and I stepped in at store opening and we were greeted by Amanda. Amanda is a true gem in customer service and swiftly met our needs. It was an emergency situation and she resolved it; took time to help us with compassion, we were in and out far sooner than I anticipated. Very positive experience.

I have had plenty of terrible customer service experiences in my lifetime, but this had to take the cake for the absolute worst to date. My iPhone's charging port has become loose and I wanted to get it repaired. A family member recommended these idiots based on the fact that they (allegedly) helped her out in the past. So I went to this store hoping for some type of assistance/recommendation. When I arrived the fellow that greeted me asked what my issue was after a couple minutes of me waiting and then proceeded to take all of my contact information down. Upon completion of said intake he then told me that a technician would be with me in 15 minutes. A minute after that I received a text message saying that my wait time would be 19 minutes. Fast forward to 25 minutes later and I was finally seen- by the same idiot that greeted me to begin with. This made no sense to me whatsoever, since I had been watching him like a hawk the whole time I was waiting and he had done absolutely nothing. He just hovered around the building and then, after 25 minutes, he told me that HE would see me now. What purpose did me waiting serve if I was going to be seen by the same guy who greeted me, knowing that this guy did nothing while I waited? To compound massive insult on injury, the guy proceeded to tell me that I had "three options." All three so-called-options involved increasing my monthly bill and/or upgrading my phone and none of them involved actually repairing my phone. The guy let me wait for almost a half an hour just to try to upsell me on plans/phone upgrades that I had no interest in to begin with. I was absolutely exasperated and wanted to explode, but I refrained from doing so. And that took a great deal of patience/inner fortitude on my part, because these guys deliberately made me wait on a so-called technician only to try getting me to pay even more to their stupid company every month for the same laughably terrible service. I ultimately ended up leaving and plan on getting my charging port repaired at a mom and pops shop, because I know that if I had left it up to T-Mobile and their inept customer service representatives, they would have referred me to Apple themselves, which would have resulted in an exorbitant bill (probably the cost of a brand new phone). My word of advice: if you need a phone or accessories, don't go into this or any of T-Mobiles other stores- buy online and deny these insufferable pricks even a cent of commission. And if you need repairs just find someone who does them that isn't affiliated with this company or Apple. You'll be doing yourself a monumentally huge favor.

I am into this store, knowing exactly what I wanted and exactly what plan I wanted. I did my research. I would NEVER sign a contract. I have heard so many horror stories, so I have had pay-as-you-go cell service for 14 years and it works fine for me. I walk in and wait a few minutes and an Asian young man asks me what I need. I say: A SIM card. He questions why. I tell him I want a pay-as-you-go plan. He wants to know the reason. WTF? That is none of his business. I tell him I just want the SIM card. I had already purchased a refill card that would cover the fee for my plan. If I did not get the customer service I wanted at this store (I have had bad experiences in the past, not unlike this one today), I could just go home, put the sim in myself and call customer service to get my number transferred. I had my account number and PIN from my old carrier in hand. Like I said---- I knew what I wanted, did my homework, looked at their plans, coverage areas and payment methods and came in to get what I needed. But he continues on, questioning why I want Pay-As-You-Go. I look at him and say: I don't want an upsell, can I just get the SIM card? He then tells me that it's not his fault I "feel" like he's upselling to me. OMG, did you just mansplain to me about my experience? I had very efficiently and exactly communicated what I wanted. And he is grilling me over my choice. Either he is angling to try to get me to buy something else, which is "UPSELLING" OR he thinks because I am not a man, I don't know what I want. Either way, it's sexist. Especially the condescending manner in which he said my "feelings" were the problem. I could not have been more clear about what I wanted to buy. So I told him in very colorful, 4 letter words where he could stick his attitude and sexism, and I went out to the T-Mobile store at the Palladio, and got the best customer service I have ever gotten from a Carrier's store from Nicole out there. Go see Nicole and skip this place---clearly, they do not understand customer service.

Very lazy people please dont waste ur time going there if you having any issues. I got told after half hr their system was down just because the guy who helped me didnt know what he was doing. He also was very rude!!
