“Jamie was all around amazing!!! My friend and I were visiting for the weekend and called Jamie late in the day to take two kayaks out. She was welcoming, friendly and helped us with every step we needed to load up the kayaks.As the sun went down, one of us accidentally got lost. Jamie was incredibly generous with her time and energy. Even after the shop had closed, she waited with me and helped signal my friend to shore safely. To top it off, all of this was the night right before she was leaving for a big trip. I 100% recommend SUP California!!☺️”
“Mark is absolutely fantastic. Not only has he drilled all of my balls, but he offers to come watch me, give suggestions, and help me improve my game. He explains anything I want to understand better, helps me figure out where to place my ball based on oil patterns, and has been a huge part of my success in my improved form and ball position. He makes excellent suggestions, but also listens to what his customers want without judgement. I have learned so much from him in the short time I have known him. My balls are drilled to perfection- I could barely throw a 10lb plastic house ball when I started up again, and with his help and precise drilling, I’ve stepped up to a 14lb Phaze II (an incredible gift from my best friend!) in just 3 months.”
“I'm giving a five star rating based on the technician who worked on my bike. If it were based on the service rep at the service desk (tune up/repair) I would give a two. I'm assuming it is a matter of personality, but the "gentleman" taking in my bike could use a good bit of customer service training. That said, the young man who did the work on my bike went above and beyond.”

“Very reasonable pricing on most things. Every employee there is helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. With the exception of Melonie. She acted like a manager so maybe she was. You can tell me I'm lying to you and you can't give me a military discount, even though the past 6 times I've shopped here (this week!) & every clerk has given it to me. I understand, even if I don't like it. But don't try to charge me more the posted price of the thing I'm buying, it's not legal. I wouldn't have a problem w it, honest mistake & all, but not apologizing & acting like you are doing me a favor to charge me the posted price is just bad customer service. I am giving a 5 star review because maybe I caught you on a bad day. You work in customer service. Maybe remember that.”

“Quite impressed with this store. Walked in 8 minutes before closing. I found a great pair of Adidas hiking shoes. They were 50% off. The staff reminded me that the store was closing, but did not pressure me to speed through my purchase. Happy with the price. Happy with the employees. And very happy with the merchandise.On top of that, this outlet mall is right next to an Electrify America charging station. Were it not for this charging station I would not have discovered this store.”
