I visited Shannon Family Automotive to get a quote for an issue I was having on the brakes on my F150 truck. I was greeted in the cleanest and most professional environment I’ve ever experienced. I left my truck and was provided a quote for not only the immediate issue I reported but also a list of issues needing attention to bring my truck’s mechanical safety to proper operating standards. I opted to have all suggested items repaired and I’m 100% satisfied with all of the attention my truck received. Thank you for the very professional mechanical technicians and office staff. Shannon Automotive has been great for us. We’ve had three of our Lexus vehicles there and they have done great, honest work. We’ve only had the privilege of working with Scott so far and he is always great. Most recently he was able to squeeze us in for some last minute work on our son’s car before he headed out the next day for college. Shannon’s is definitely our go-to shop for auto needs.

I went back and forth with how I wanted to write this rating. Overall, Shannon Family Auto is awesome. They have great technicians and service advisors. They do great work. I have zero complaints about that. They are transparent and honest in their process, and communication is top notch.
My ONLY complaint is they are priced on the high side in terms of labor rate. However, you get great technicians and they generally use OEM parts. They have agreed to do work for me that they could have easily declined. I was was grateful for that.
Desite feeling the prices are a bit on the high side, I would still highly recommend coming here. I guess in 2024, you do get what you pay for. They seem to go above and beyond to make sure you're happy.
Thanks again for all the work you've completed on all my vehicles.

Just moved back to Folsom and need service for our Honda CRV. Shannon was friendly, professional, and walked us through every step with significant documentation and rationale recommendations. They are our new home for Honda service.

Took our Honda CRV in for an inspection and have the brakes checked. It was our first time In the shop, which gets very good reviews . The service advisor was very friendly explained their process and timeline on a callback. Was advised we needed a full brake job on the front axle and while the car wad in, also had the oil changed. Work was completed on time and as expected…. all is good… car drives great. Would have given all five stars, but thought the price was on the expensive side. I’ll go back but will be looking for coupons or specials.
