Smaller inventory but the employees here are always helpful and mostly in a good mood. I come here over the location at the Palladio because the employees are nicer and don't act like you're asking too much of them when you ask about a product.

I went into Sephora today with my daughter on a mission to buy specific products to target my problem areas I am having regarding my skincare. I met a amazing woman named Gigi. She guided me through some of their products and was so knowledgeable regarding the areas I needed to treat. Additionally she helped me realize that nutrition along with the products I was purchasing was going to give me my optimal results. She spent so much time with me, and made me feel that my questions and concerns were very important. Sephora is very luck to have someone that is so patient, kind and knowledgeable working on their team. Thank you Gigi❤

My hubby and I were clothing shopping at Kohl's and discovered this Sephora inside, I was thrilled since I happened to be in the need of the Benefit Precisely, My Brow Pencil. Well unfortunately they were out of stock, but employee Shakira matched my brows to the next best thing, the Benefit Goof Proof Brow Pencil in 3.75(Warm Medium Brown). Pricey, but this long-lasting pigmented brow-filling/ shaping pencil is easy to use and still comes with the classic spoolie-brush to blend them in afterwards! I would recommend this location, especially if your looking to shop for a cute outfit at Kohl's after you purchase your beauty products! Shakira was very helpful and sweet and I'll definitely be returning when I am in the need of more beauty products! SYOY!

I go in because I want to find a certain brand - I don't mind trying to find it myself at all, but what bothered me and what made my experience poor was I could hardly look at the items I wanted to look at because all 3-4 employees were sitting on the ground stocking, and when they saw me they didn't seem to want to move or even asked if I needed help or anything. Wasn't inviting in any way and it was very unpleasant, I just left.

I went here recently and had the best experience I’ve had at any Sephora. Janice was beyond helpful and so friendly! She spent extra time helping me find products that worked and was extremely knowledgeable. I’ll go back just for her! Also, their selection of products was excellent. Found everything I was looking for.

Always loved Kohls until recently. Went n a couple of times in the last couple of weeks. Never again. They have changed everything. I felt like I was shopping at White Front or K-Mart. Everything was complete chaos. Looked messy and unorganized. A new section of Sephora that looks beautiful if I was shopping for makeup at a dept. store, which i am NOT!! The rest of the store is a joke. Clothes hanging everywhere . No order at all. Left with nothing and will not return to this mess. I will be paying off my card and ripping it up. Kohls, what happened to you, you just took 10 steps backwards.

DONT NOT SHOP HERE!! I sent my daughter in to grab some make up for back to school. She was so excited to go only to come out and tell me 4 ladies working in the kohls Sephora followed her around the whole time. To the point she had to ask them why they are following her. She keeps her wallet in her waist band and was prosecuted to lift up her shirt because she was “stealing”. She proved she was not stealing and was still being accused. THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE and DISGUSTING. ASKING YOUNG GIRLS TO LIFT UP THEIR SHIRT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. She was asked to leave even though she wasn’t stealing and was quietly shopping. She was told she is not allowed to shop alone without a adult AT 14 years old. This is disgusting and I have been shopping at kohls for years and have had family work at this location before and we will never be returning. This location has gone down hill they need to get it together and stop discriminating and profiling. DO NOT SHOP HERE ITS NOT SAFE.

The current overall rating of three stars seems fair to me, as I have a lot of mixed feelings about this store. Starting with the good, the employees are usually friendly. Other than one absolutely terrible experience with a return a few years ago, I have had mostly good experiences with both purchases and returns, and I'm sure I've shopped here at least 200 times. The Amazon Returns Outpost has made my life easier on several occasions. Not only has the service been fast and friendly, but I've gotten some pretty good coupons to use in-store, although I usually forget to use them before they expire. On my most recent visit, I came in looking for some earrings. Walking into the door, however, I noticed that the jewelry department had been replaced by a Sephora. It took me a while to find the jewelry, which had been spread out throughout the store, but was mostly located near the children's clothes. It seems like maybe the store is still adjusting to the new layout, because as of right now, everything other than Sephora is kind of hard to find. Of course, I'm thrilled to have a new Sephora on this side of town. It's almost as big as the one at Palladio, and seems to carry most of the same products. This is sure to increase my visits to Kohl's. As of right now, it's clean, well-lit, and organized. The same cannot be said for the rest of the store. I've come to expect large piles of go-backs in the fitting rooms, sizes being completely out of place, and general clutter and disorganization. Other than Sephora, this store has never been great about being clean and organized. The clearance section is a nightmare, and as someone who used to manage a clothing store, this does not make any sense to me. Shouldn't you want your clearance to be well-organized and shop-able so that it sells quickly? In this store, the clearance section is where cute clothes go to die. On my most recent check-in, I noted that a dead rat was lying in front of the store. It was like 4pm, so I'm guessing it had been there for a while. However, I wouldn't necessarily blame this *entirely* on Kohl's, because honestly, there are just a lot of rats in that part of Folsom. Overall, I appreciate the convenience of the store, and the great deals that I am often able to find, but this location could use a lot of work when it comes to neatness.

Kahesh made the long wait in line worth it! He was so incredibly pleasant, professional and efficient!! In this day and age good service needs to be recognized! I am not big on writing reviews but this man made my day!!

I have never been so appalled by a retail store! The only reason I gave them a one star review is because I had to put something! I walked in, everything was a mess. Eventually I gave up trying to find anything and left. For a comparison: The Thrift Store is more organized, and it's mostly volunteers. Most of the racks advertised that they were 30% to 50% off, and I got items that were on those racks that were marked down, but when I got to the register, they didn't give me the advertised discount. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!

I have been shopping this store for many years and have always been pleased with my purchases. The store is clean, offers a wide selection of clothes/merchandise, and the employees are always helpful and kind. I primarily shop the discount clothes racks and always use coupons when available. By the time I finish I am usually able to get 90% off all my purchases. There is ample parking and I highly recommend this store. :0)

Great store, I've been shopping here since they opened 15 or so years ago. It is really the only clothing store in Folsom where the whole family can shop for clothing and shoes. And let's not forget the appliance area. Just bought a new Shark vacuum to replace our overpriced Dyson and we are soo happy. Oh, and the clearance racks are fantastic. I have found some amazing deals for myself, hubby & kids too. As for the online service, I bought a down comforter in December via www. and it was supposedly delivered to my front door. Unfortunately, I never received it. I was on hold with customer service forever, (like 30 min.) but when I got through they sent me another comforter, no questions ask. That is a $130 down comforter, no questions asked.... nice! And, I just heard they will stop carrying MyPillow products because the owner supports the Trump incited attack on the Capital Building. I'm not sure if this was a marketing move or Kohl's moral compass, but I'll take it! I prefer the cool comfort pillows anyway!

An inconvenient day at Kohl's turned into a 5-star rating. Kohl's charge card was not working. It kept declining due to a an ongoing technical glitch as experienced by other customers for that day. This patient cashier (Leann) turned it into a satisfying a shopping experience because of her empathy and patience.
