My shopping experience through the aisles was excellent. I love Matt. He's definitely an asset ❤ #1 cashier in the nation. The stars are for him.
It was difficult getting service at the hot food deli.
I have visited every other Safeway and all of the small mom and pop shops, including every other major grocery store in California. Erins' communication skills are lacking and are confrontational. She creates a hostile environment. She is extremely unprofessional and rude in her conduct and in the way she communicates. It seems like she is under the influence. Currently, Erin is definitely the worst person I've had to deal with going into my 10th year as a vendor.

Rockit Apple Shuttle Pack was very delicious! Some of are super small or some of are little bigger than small apples; some of are golden (little tasty) or red apples (more tasty). I love it! It is crunchy and tasty, and you can eat as much as you like. Like big apple can be wasted once you took a bite; turn out awful, not sweet as you expect, or whatever. These are good snacks! My ex husband came to visit his son and stay at my house. He LOVED it! Great for snacks!

The experience at the hot and cold food combo was mixed. The older lady has a terrible attitude and makes me not want to come back. The younger guy knows how to treat customers right. Fix it.

At deli counter, chicken and Asian. Three different workers for three different items. That’s pretty bad. Bad attitude, worse service.

The only place I go to shop!I really don't want to go to other stores. This is the only ones. The people are amazing especially the manager. Beautiful soul, great people!

2 workers were helping me, i had 3 orders, the cashier was understanding patient and organized, and the guy bagging mixed my orders up and delayed my time by 20 minutes.. please offer more training this was very frustrating

Boars head... All I need to say, best sandwich meats and mustards. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There's a Starbucks inside in case you wanna grab a coffee on your way out. They always got stuff marked down which is nice

I choose to drive all the way from Galt (where I reside) to this Safeway in Folsom to have my prescriptions filled every month. The pharmacy staff is so friendly and they greet me by name every time. If my doc forgets to send something in, they are on top of it with contacting his office to get it rectified. Says a lot that I'm willing to drive almost an hour away due to their awesome customer service.
