2 workers were helping me, i had 3 orders, the cashier was understanding patient and organized, and the guy bagging mixed my orders up and delayed my time by 20 minutes.. please offer more training this was very frustrating

Boars head... All I need to say, best sandwich meats and mustards. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There's a Starbucks inside in case you wanna grab a coffee on your way out. They always got stuff marked down which is nice

For all the reckless dirtbags they have to deal with day in and day out who continuously wipe the place clean.... It's a wonder how any of them find it in themselves to continue working. Mad props to the employees there... I think I would have snapped a million times ago.... The hot food is always fresh too!

Great people, ok prices, awesome sandwiches and hot Asian food. Sushi is not too bad if you need something in a pinch.

The quality of produce has gotten so bad at this location. For how much groceries cost its upsetting that most of the fresh fruit and vegetables look rotten and moldy already, past its prime. Last week I could not find a single carton of Strawberries that didn't have mold in it already. This locations shelves also always seem to be empty on certain products for weeks. I asked one of the clerks if they maybe has this one brand of bread in the back, to which they replied " ya its just been buried back there for a couple weeks but I can try and dig some out for you. " I am not sure what has happened to safeway but it seems at least at this location, they dont care.

We had given the time from the map, so their time was up to two o'clock, but when we reached there, it was twelve o'clock, And when we entered, the door was not locked, it was open, so the staff told us that the store is closed, these people are pretending. Wrong time and staff is not cooperated this location is not helpful

Very upset at the moment got hung up on the first time and redirected the second when trying to get through to my man Maverick, just wanted to let him know the Dungeness crab chips are gas.To: The manager: Maverick worked at the Safeway in Folsom and was very nice I really appreciated him working the register and would like to say he's an excellent man, he mentioned how customers would let him know how good some of the more interesting food products they bought tasted so he could try it out for himself if he heard they were good. He said that while we bought a bag of Dungeness crab chips which were really good, unfortunately we won't be visiting Folsom anytime soon and I wanted to let him know they were great, if you could let him know I said that, it would mean the world to me and my fellow Dungeness crab chip eaters, Thank you.

Never fails. Every time I go, I get overcharged on something. So frustrating. Get your stuff together, Safeway! Then no apology when I point it out to customer service. They claim they have a Price Accuracy Guarantee that they conveniently forget to honor so you have to ask for it. My item was advertised for less than $5 so it should have been free and the manager would only give me the price adjustment and a gift card. Do better please.

0 customer service, yes zero. Cashier didn't greet me or anything just plain gtfoh attitude. This store totally ruins Folsom vibe. I am not going to shop here.

My husband went to get some drinks and he showed me this in the freezers they have there for the alcohol. I am not sure if this is even safe given that it's black mold. I don't think I'll shop at this Safeway ever again.

At the customer service counter today, the employee (Anthony) was there talking with another worker (name unknown) as we approached. They continued conversing without acknowledging our presence. He (Anthony) told the other staff member he would take care of something right now. He still did not acknowledge or presence and walked away. He then went into a back room and returned to leave the counter entirely. I thought maybe he did not work in this area. He came back to this area and retreated back into office area. We waited to see if anyone else was coming. No help came so I pressed the "help" button on the counter and waited. A few minutes past and he came to the counter and asked "how can I help you". I was returning a couple lottery tickets with a little winnings. He took the tickets, processed them and slid the money and receipt under the counter divider and looked away. I now see why this store has 3 out of 5 stars. During this entire time not one employee said, " I'll be right with you", " thanks for your patience ", nothing. Very poor customer service.

I have to say this store is clean and great. Well maintained and stocked for daily shopping. Selection of beer and snacks are top natch. Staffing are nice and friendly. I know it's a supermarket but they do have a wonderful bakery. Highly recommend this store.

I usually don't by my meats at Safeway. However, I was in close proximity and had to pick up some tri-tip. After looking lost at the butcher for few minutes, I was helped with the tri-tip. It was weighed, wrapped and tossed to me. Got home, unwrapped and noticed that half of the hidden bottom portion was fat. Never again!!!

This Starbucks is my favorite in the area! I feel like all the others are hit and miss when it comes to drink quality, but Kim and all her baristas always make our drinks perfectly! This is the Starbucks to go to, especially for holiday drinks. You won't be disappointed!

This review is for the experience I just had with the cashier Seth (with long curly black hair) who rang me up. Seemed friendly with the customer before me but as soon as it was my turn his mood changed. I walked up and say hi and didn't get any response. After checking me out he says, "you want your receipt?" I say yes and thank him before walking off. Still no response. As I'm walking out, he happily greets the customer behind me with a hello! Lol. It definitely felt intentional and racist considering the person before me and after me was not Asian. I shop at Safeway frequently and love the store. Again, this review was for the cashier not overall store.
