Normally, I have great service and get fantastic nails from either Lisa or Phoenix.Today, I was a bit surprised by the service and nails. The lady who did my nails today said the acrylic on my nails was old and recommended a new set. I agreed and picked out a dark green that didn't really match the example or the other color I picked out as an accent color. I said I didn't like the gold color on two of my fingers and asked if she could just do the one color that didn't match the example. She said she's already spent too much time on me and I would have to give her more money, so I said, "Let's just finish these nails then." She ended up removing the gold and then applied 4 coats of the original green to try to make it match the color example. This definitely wasn't the best work I've had here, and I'm really disappointed with the way my nails came out. They were supposed to be short coffin but ended up uneven, square, and thick. I hate to write this because I do like this shop, but these nails are not done well.

I have been to many different salons from Folsom to Cameron Park. I could not seem to find a place that didn't rush me, didn't make me feel like I was rude for asking about pricing or about changing my mind about the color I wanted. My nails always take over 2 hours to do and I never leave with that " OH these are so pretty feeling", until I stumbled upon this place. Khoi does my nails, he is fast, does great work EVERY TIME and he's funny. Some of these comments that say its unwelcoming I don't believe. Some people are more sensitive than others I guess. Not only is this place the cheapest around but they all do great work.Services: Waxing

I came here and they were very quiet and cold. My acrylic nails turned out AWFUL. The shape and paint. There was nail polish all over my hands (not cleaned up) and did not take their time on me AT ALL (it was not busy). My friend came with me and the lady cut off her entire nail even though my friend specifically said not too. Very disappointed.Service: Acrylic nails

Never coming back here. Brought my mom here after coming here once before. 1st time they were OK nails were fine, personality and customer service eh. 2nd time. Now I really know what my gut was already telling me. Rude. Cold. Not inviting. Don't check appointments that you make online. Not welcoming. Annoyed when people come in. Never coming back. My nails came out well but that's not the point. I'd rather go somewhere else with nicer people

My wife went here the other day and came home with bloody nails. She just told me how horrible the experience was and how the guy kept digging too far into her skin. They did give her a couple bucks off which is why I gave the two stars. "Just beware of the guy worker" - my wife.

Love my experience here. It was a little quiet the day I went in, and the girl doing my words really didn’t talk…. At all. But the place is clean, the woman doing my pedicure really took her time and gave my legs a good massage!!! It was so appreciated!! I got gel polish and they did SUCH a good job, it’s been 2 weeks and my manicure is still holding on strong. Prices are totally reasonable, so as long as they don’t randomly raise their prices, I’ll be back more frequently!!!

Every time I have come here they have been very accommodating because of my work schedule. I can bring a picture and they are able to duplicate it beautifully.

The pedicure was wonderful and very relaxing. I loved the leg massage and the warm towels were great.The acrylic nails were perfect. She cut them exactly to the size and shape I wanted. I got nail art done and I absolutely loved what she did. The colors and the design were perfect. I described to her what I wanted done and it was perfect. I was a walk in client and wanted to get a pedicure. I haven't had one in 2 years due to Covid. I really liked the gal that gave me the pedi. Her name is Lisa and she was gentle and sweet. The massage was great too. I highly recommend her.
