Don't waste your time if you're clothes shopping. Dressing rooms are frequently closed. Long long lines to use two rooms at the front of store. Might be an okay store to shop at if you're looking for housewares, but not the place to go for clothes.

Ross is always better option for quick run for urgent summer clothing or kitchen accessories or Area rugs

I went to a return an item at this store. I had the receipt. The associate didn't believe I was returning the correct item. I had to wait for the manager to return from her lunch. Then the manager had to watch the video footage b4 I could get my refund. Bizarre and a complete waste of my time. I didn't like being treated like a possible thief when I had the receipt that matched up to the item. I've never experienced this before.

I've shopped at Ross for years since 1978..when they had their own charge cards..love the one on Market St..SF.
When I'm Las Vegas I tell myself...no I'm not going into Ross...but there I am going up the escalator..grrr☺️

Very messy and dirty it also has a very bad smell. It used to be nicer a wile a go. I wish they would change management and clean it up.

This Ross has some really nice stuff every time I've visited. Warranted it is not my usual Ross & I've only visited a couple of times. But they always have a nice variety of shirts & I was able to locate a very wide variety of Hello Kitty shirts so I was very pleased with myself. The store was clean and quiet, with the shirts in their correct location for ease. Everything seemed very organized and well taken care of. Loved my time at this location.

I avoid Ross in the Sacramento area because how trashy they are. But I decided since this one is in Folsom I should stop by. I am calling out the manager and his rude staff Naima !! I was showing Naima the item I wanted to purchase and why it has so many scratches (all their products have issues alwayyyssss it's like shopping at a second hand store). I was totally polite asking and she snapped and said stop talking! And that I talk too much lol what... who tells their costumer to stop talking, the manager came by but clearly was annoyed at her and walked away. I am shocked this is the worst experience ever! Trash people work at a trash place I should have never been caught dead in Ross period!

I have to say Ross is slowly back to the way they were before the pandemic. All the stores are much better than the last few years, including this Ross in Folsom. This Ross is ready for the holiday season. It has a huge inventory and the lowest prices. I found so many choices on all the items in stock. Perfect for last shopping by bringing the items home on the same day. The check-out counter is very busy, but the line is moving fast. The cashiers are very friendly and give me joy shopping in the store.
