Quick, friendly, professional! They were unable to change the battery on one of the watches I brought in due to the rounded face, but Sam was very helpful in recommending other places in the area where they’d be able to work with the rounded face in store. They were able to change the battery on the other watch I brought in, and did it for no cost which was very nice of her. Overall, solid experience with friendly people!

I went to Roger's to look for a 4 th year anniversary gift. As soon as I entered I was greeted that was great. I was asked why I came in. I told them and asked to look around. My wife is not into jewelry so I was looking for what she likes. Well I tried the sales lady kept stopping me to show the hearts of diamonds collection and told me the price $1500.00. I want to look around so assuming $1500 was too much she went around the corner and showed me a piece for $400. I again said I want to look around! At that point I had enough it wasn't the prices it was the constantly being interrupted while I wanted to look. I do not like pressure sales

This review is LONG overdue. Last year I had a horrific experience where my body swelled all over and I had to have my wedding ring cut off. My husband and I were planning to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in Australia and I wanted to have my ring fixed for that adventure. So we took the ring into Roger's Jewelry in Folsom and spoke with Jodi Ziony about getting it fixed. That day, unknown to us, was a special day where they had various specials and deals. Jodi told us we could fix the ring, but also told us about the sale and we decided to just look, it doesn't hurt to do that. Well, looking led to wanting. My eyes caught the most beautiful vintage inspired wedding ring. There are no words to describe the beauty of this ring. Pictures don't capture it's beauty. So I asked her, is the ring pricing equivalent to a new car? She proceeded to help us obtain this ring for a price that was unbelievable. This was a memorable experience that we will remember forever. We worked together, with so much excitement and glee to build the ring. She even helped me score an UNBELIEVABLE deal on a special ring for my husband. It was like shopping with your best friend. I was not an easy customer while I was waiting, and even right after getting this beauty on my finger. Do not be fooled, my gratitude for this material object is off the charts. I told my girlfriend I call it my precious, because when it catches the light I can't stop staring at it. Not okay to obsess over a material item in this way...but I do. Jodi not only made the initial purchase special, when we came to pick up the rings, she gift wrapped them so we could open them together. It was magical. The pictures I am including are from the day we went to pick up the rings, and one I took on our way to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. I have a Breitling watch, and I needed to change the battery, but they don’t even have tools for this. The second Raymond Wail watch was opened and could not be closed. It feels like they don't even know the specifics of the job. In general, they cannot make watches, even though it says watch repair.

I have been going to Rogers since my husband bought my engagement ring there 7 years ago, every time there is something new. from rude sales people to most recently damaging my ring and being scammed into having the prongs fixed. the last time I went in they cleaned my ring and handed it back and several diamonds had fallen out of my anniversary band. they pretended to not notice and when I brought it up he fished the diamonds out of the cleaner. they sent it out to "fix" it and when I got it back it is noticeable which diamonds had fallen out. In addition to that my engagement ring now snags on everything. I brought it back in, paid to have the prongs retipped and told them about the crappy repair job on my other ring (which I was told couldn't be fixed). just picked my rings up today that I paid to have re-tipped and it is still snagging on everything....makes me think they either did nothing or I was completely lied to. Do not bring your business here. I have never once, in 7 years, been treated respectfully or had my rings properly taken care of.

My fiancé went in to get our rings appraised for insurance and get ballpark pricing for resizing. The woman that "helped" him was so incredibly rude and just wanted to get him out the door. We suspect it was because of the way he looked as the woman was much more pleasant and eager to work with other customers in the store. We were looking to get ballpark verbal appraisals to see if it was even worth insuring our rings since they are family heirlooms, however this woman would not help at all (which is pretty surprising as other jewelers were happy to do since it is literally no cost to them). She wanted him to pay $150 per ring for a written appraisal right off the bat in order to get her opinion. As for the resizing, the price was very high compared to other quotes we have gotten. I'll add that she was hesitant to even give the price to do that. I do not recommend coming here, there are much more personable and affordable jewelers in Folsom.
