The prices are reasonable most of the time and the front desk friendly. The lobby dining area is a great place to relax or work. The rooms are a little dated and there was a problem with some smells from either the long term guests from before or otherwise. The air system runs loudly and they need to clean the vents. They use way too much air freshener in the hallways of the hotel. It makes one want to leave quickly.

Liked it. Excellent rooms, great service, and nice location. Only one elevator so a hassle to get everything to the room.

When we arrive we go a HORRIBLE front desk girl Kellie (or Kelle) I tried to see her tag but she kept hiding it. she gave us side eye the entire time and if looks could kill we would be dead. She asked my name 5 times, then asked me to spell my name (this is after she had cofimed the room). She was awfull!!!! She also said there were not rooms until after 3pm. I said I talked to Brian (who was great) he said it would not be able problem to have an early room. Well she said no and I had to call the manager (hate that) who basicly made excusses for her and I said no she is a NO person not a yes person. She didn't even welcome us when we walked in. Anyway the manager was nice and said she would see what she could do when I mentioned that Brian had said there would be no problem checking in early. Brian came and Lo AND BEHOLD no problem getting a room. So miss stand off NO kellie needs to be nicer and brighter everyone else was there. SHE IS A WET BLANKET OF A GIRL who by the way showed up the second day with dripping wet hair and was working the front desk horrible! The only good thing the beds are very comfortable.

August 2023Ugh, I don't like to write these 1 star (no star) reviews but here goes...I stay at my fair share of hotels for work throughout the years. I usually always choose Marriott chains as I am a member. Sadly I would NOT recommend staying here at all. We should have stayed at an Airbnb or Vrbo for this trip. We did research a few hotels before deciding and coming to Residence Inn. We needed a spacious place to stay for 12 days while our home was being repaired. Most other hotels don't have the space needed for a family of 4 to dine together without sitting on your beds. Our kids needed the ability to do their homework at a table and this location has a 2 bedroom suite with a living area/kitchen and dining table that accommodated our needs for the 2 weeks. After room/taxes/parking, we paid $235 ish/night for the days we were charged parking. There are more cons than pros:They are the only hotel chain that charges parking. $12/day. They have no fitness/gym room. Outdated hotel, in serious needs of upgrading. Cracked Toilet seat covers and cracked outlet panels in the room we stayed in (208).Service team doesn't make your beds when they come to refresh your towels/take the trash supposedly every other day.My gold earrings "inside" the side of my zipper travel pouch which was "inside" my toiletry/make up bag in the corner and closed - was STOLEN. While they were not (thankfully) Diamond earrings, they were sentimental as they were a gift from a dear friend. Pros: ok continental breakfast included as many other hotels offered. Different menu on Friday vs mon-thurs.Close to freeway and walkable to eateries in the area (same as other hotels like courtyard next door. Chris the asst mgr was understanding of the situation regarding my earrings and the sub par refresh service we received and assured me that he will look into it and will reach out if anything turns up. I appreciate you listening as I reported the issue. I really do hope you research staff as it appears there are other reviews relating to missing/stolen merchandise.I ended up checking out a day earlier than expected as I was too upset to stay longer. They ended up not charging me the 1 night (left at 5pm- ish) to help "make up" for the earring issue however it only benefits the builder as my stay here was not on our own expense.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Pros-friendly staff, great location, so-so clean. Tub was dirty and scratched up but overall okay. They “refresh” your room every couple of days and not sure what they do except restock towels. No cleaning that we saw. After 1 week we needed a thorough cleaning. Breakfast every morning was exactly the same and I’d give it 2 stars. Overall 3 stars for long stays and 4 stars for short.

I wish yelp and other similar sites/apps have an option for a no star rating because this establishment doesn't even deserved the time I'm putting to write this review. If you would like the motel 6 or Quality Inn experience with the rates, extra charges, and horrible customers service of this establishment, then go for it become their guest! Else, I highly do not recommend this place and suggest exploring other options

Don't trust the cleaners. They hire a lot of new immigrants and your passports can get stolen . My friend's passport was stolen and no one contacted to helped her. She had to file a police report . Horrible .

I have to give a shout-out to Susan and kadu for the great customer service and first class breakfast. I have a hard time eating while traveling, having a gluten allergy. I did not leave hungry that morning, that's for sure. The room was very nice, comfy, and always the best accommodations.I was surprised to see a parking fee for this property, but it's California. The gym is in the courtyard by Marriott next door but it is amazing and there is lots of equipment. Check out the photos. The Residence Inn has the in door pool for both properties.Would I recommend this hotel and property? Absolutely!Don't take my word for it. Go see for yourself.

I am Contessa Eugenia Von Furstenburg. I am visiting my mother here and I was totally ignored by the guy with the strange glasses today, twice, when I tried to purchase items from the convenience store. He was on the phone and totally ignored me and my sister when we wanted to purchase snacks. I was dressed casually in a cowboy hat and jeans so people don't recognize me. I guess he thought we were riffraff and ignored us. I never expected treatment like this by a highly rated residence in. To say I was upset is saying it lightly. I NEVER expected to be treated this way. I am very upset with our treatment. My mother just turned 90 and we have not all seen each other in many years. I have courtiers that would have given this guy a talking to but I let it slide. NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. Royalty is not common in the US but I am a Countess, I do not deserve to be treated this way. Get a better representative of this hotel. My first impression was not very welcoming. He judged me on the way I look, he had no idea who I was but if I can afford to stay here it means something. I would never have this man in my court. We waited 10 minutes for our items. He never made eye contact so we left to get service else where. I may have been dressed casual with a cowboy hat and jeans so people don't recognize me, but this type of behavior is beyond unacceptable. I am a very polite classy person, I never expected to be completely ignored. Never judge a book by its cover. He is to ignorant to realize he ignored a family of European royalty that goes back for hundreds of years. Big mistake on his part. So sad I was treated this way. I don't throw around my title, I'm just like everyone else, but this was totally unacceptable.Contessa Eugenia Von Furstenberg

Excellent location, right across from the Palladio shopping center, with plenty of shopping and dining. There are a couple grocery stores within 5 minutes drive, and close to the interstate. The kitchenette is a nice luxury, as I tend to get tired of dining out while I’m traveling for multiple days. Being able to cook a few meals for myself, and having a full size fridge was really helpful. The hotel is also very clean, which is a big deal, but seems to be hard to come by anymore! I travel to this area a few times a year for work, and this will be where I stay from now on!
