“Update: The owner of this UPS store personally called me after I posted reviews and filed a complaint with UPS. She was AWESOME. She was very helpful, empathetic, and went the extra mile to help locate my package. She filed a tracer and UPS found my package and got it eventually to its destination, given many days late. For that, I have updated my review to a 4. Committed owner, hopefully that commitment can permeate to the store’s managers and staff.
Original Post: This store has among the worst customer service I have ever seen, I do not recommend. A lot of these other reviews appear to be fake and paid for by the owner. There are many other stores in the area, all of which I’m certain would be better. I paid $100 for 2 day shipping, a week later the package still had not arrived. I called UPS customer service and they referred me to a UPS Store. I went in to a UPS Store (a closer store) and they referred me to the originating store (this location). This location told me that UPS Customer Service, the other UPS Store, and the internet lied, and they could not help because “they are just a franchise.” This was after waiting on hold for 15 minutes and getting bounced between three people all who were rude, had no accountability, and seemed to know nothing about tracking a package - a basic ask for UPS.”

“So, I'm a teacher and when I needed a new pencil sharpener, in November, I stopped on in. I picked up the most industrial one I could find and added the warranty because... kids. Now it's May and my pencil sharpener died. I headed back into the store for a replacement. Blake and his team did everything in their power to make sure I did not leave without a replacement. 2595 E Bidwell St, Folsom“I had a great experience at this FedEx location recently. On Saturday 6/24 I came in once they opened to print three documents that I needed for my baby shower, also that same day. Although I should've came in earlier that week to get things done, but as a true procrastinator I waited until the last minute. Maria was by herself for about 30-35 minutes until another team member arrived. With a total of four customers and others who walked in after all of us, she was able to prioritize each person's needs and was able to effectively help each customer out. She helped me resize two files and print all three documents out. Without Maria's help, I wouldn't have been able to add these special details to my special day so thank you so much Maria! I will definitely return and hopefully be able to have Maria's help again.”

The person who helped me with my fingerprinting, Jeanne, Was super friendly, explained everything to me, and was very patient as my fingerprints wouldn’t take, and she had to keep doing it over and over.
