I’ve been a watch enthusiast for a few decades now and in this time my career demands have resulted in a number of relocations. Finding a shop with the staff and skillset to work with a broad range of pieces, with values measured in both dollars AND sentiment can be a real challenge. I am happy to say I have found a shop now that wherever my path may lead I will happily ship pieces back to for any service or repair. Roman is a master and the level of care across the staff is best in class.

The lady whom helped us quoted a higher quote on some jewelry & then went lower upon coming in after checking around for a client that I had whom asked for assistance. She lied about quoting higher 45.00 before for silver hoops and dropped the prices to $31.00 for the Gold and $30.00 for the silver. When confronted about it she lied further about the grams & the promise quotes. If they lie about small things the big things are there too , Theanna helped us. I understand business but be real about its no less classy or business like to lie. Just say you’re going down for a reason. That’s acceptable too!

This is literally the only jewelry shop we trust for purchases and repairs. The professionalism , service, and patience is amazing ( I absolutely love Inessa!!). What haven't I gone here for? I have sold jewelry here, had jewelry appraised here, repaired watches here, and bought several estate pieces here- bracelet, ring, necklace, and watch. Our wedding bands and some lovely diamond earrings from my husband were from here. Most recently Roman helped me decide what to do with a family piece in order to design a new pair of earrings that I will likely wear daily! Inessa & Roman both have helped me with so many decisions and special moments- Thank you! I have been and will continue to be a long term customer.

My diamond was almost falling out of my ring, they did such an amazing job at getting the prawns to hold the diamond in place. Had some watch repairs. Did a clean and lasting job. I would highly recommend this jewelry store to everyone. The environment is so warm and welcoming, they treat you like family. Thank you very much! Keep up the excellent work.

Stopped by to repair a broken pin in watch band. The service and kindness was world class! They made me feel as though I just purchased something valuable. I will be buying my wife a 20yr anniversary ring from Romans in the near future.

Roman repaired my Mom's engagement ring in June 2023. He also sized another antique ring. I have to say... I didn't even recognize my rings when I got them back. They were absolutely beautiful! He not only did the requested repairs and sizing he cleaned and polished them. His staff is very friendly and helpful with questions and his shop is AMAZING. While the bill wasn't cheap, it was very fair and well worth the cost to repair and rejuvenate my family treasures... I couldn't be more appreciative of Roman for his courtesy, skill and artistry!

Lastly, what I wanted to convey the most was just how disappointed we are to be discounted by a local business that we tried to support! At no time did I ever receive a reply until I posted on yelp. Shame on you, customers matter.What I'd like is a refund of the repairs since it cost us more than what we originally paid you to have them repair your work. I look forward to your response.

Very professional and nice people here i took my wife's rings for polishing and loose diamond, after wearing them for 4 years they looked old and scratched up. After Roman added some white gold to the lose diamond and polished them, those rings totally brand new looking like.

My favorite jewelry shop!I have bought 10+ items (rings, watches, chains, and bracelets ) and extremely satisfied with each purchase and price!But what's even better, is the work they have provided on my other jewelry! I had over 20 other pieces that needed modifications, cleaned, polished, or stones replaced and the prices are very fair, and the work is top-notch!

The most awkward stuffy environment with no customer service. Walked in to ask about a piece of jewelry and look at the estate pieces (I purchase A LOT of estate jewelry.) Four employees were standing behind the counter, not a single one said hello, or greeted me. I walked around for a little bit and then decided to look at them and was finally asked if I wanted to look at something. I asked if the jewelry I brought in was real, was told both pieces were costume. Then I went to another jewelry store who acid tested my gold piece and it turned out to be gold. It just is hollow, light and in need of cleaning. So no only was I treated like an inconvenience in their store, they were wrong about the authenticity of a piece of jewelry I brought in. If you're looking for excellent customer service skip this place because it's not here.
