I called last week to schedule an appointment and got their voice mailbox. I left a message for a call back and never heard back. Called again yesterday and left another message. Have yet to hear back from anyone. Based solely on the fact that they don’t even respond to a potential client’s phone call, I am not at all impressed with their customer service. If you are not accepting new clients, then perhaps your recording should reflect that! Or have the common courtesy to return the call and say that!

Absolutely LOVE Pampered Pooch!! They take amazing care of my dogs and treat them as if they were their own. I have taken 3 dogs here over the past 15 years - still currently taking 2 - and I could not be happier with their service. Pampered Pooch is very gentle and go the extra mile when caring for your pet. My dogs always come back with great cuts, smelling fresh, sporting seasonal bandanas and have sassy attitudes because they know they look SO good!! I could not recommend this place more. The owners are absolutely wonderful people. They are a small business and very busy so I usually call expecting to book 2-3 weeks out.

My dog hated going to any groomers until we found Pampered Pooch! They do such a fantastic job and my dog runs to the door to get in to see them as soon as we park in front of the shop! That’s such a great sign they are wonderful people!! Just love taking my dog to Pampered Pooch.

I just got my dogs groomed here. It's owned by a husband and wife. They are so sweet. You can tell they absolutely love dogs and what they do for a living. My dogs were relaxed and happy when I picked them up and they looked great. We will definitely be back.

My dog's chest was full of tangles. I was sure they would have to shave his chest. They were able to brush all of them out! Lovely to work with and so good with my very nervous dog.

We just moved to Folsom and needed a new groomer. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this grooming salon! Such wonderful owners and they treat the dogs like their own. Our dog has never looked this fantastic as he did when we picked him up and he was so happy! I can't say enough wonderful things! Just please save us some grooming appts as we will not go any where else! Thank you so much for the precious grooming job you did on Scooter!
