I've been a customer here for over 2 years and they've helped me with everything from becoming my permanent mailing box, to shipping, to notary services. Everyone is so friendly, and help in so many ways with their long list of services.

The only place I go for mailing services! I send many packages each years to various locations in California and to the East coast. Many items are fragile and must be packed properly. I recently sent a large glass- framed needlepoint project done by my wife for our granddaughter in Virginia. The packing was Exceptional, and our granddaughter received it today, on time, and in PERFECT condition. Ever since Dara and Sina took over this business, I have had the best of service and I will give them all my future business. Their business gets my highest recommendation.

Notary service was exceptional. Dara came out to our car to make it easy for my 99 year old mom to notarize her document. He gave above and beyond friendly professional service.

Our non-profit organization had Pak Mail in Folsom make copies of documents. The service Pak Mail gave us was excellent and the copies of documents they produced were excellent also. Their mail services are also top quality.

I found Dara Tar at Pak Mail to ship my sport car's hard top. He made a special wood box with a pallet on the bottom. He found insurance and scanned shipping companies to ship to Kentucky. He picked it up and did it all in a short period of time. I received it today in Kentucky and took it to the body shop where the car was to be painted. What a Blessing.THANKS

Had a great experience working with owner Dara Tan. He was very communicative, prompt and responsible with coordinating the pick-up, custom crating and shipping of a large vintage porcelain advertising sign. He showed extra care and quality in the creative procedure needed to make sure this piece was packed, shipped and received in perfect condition. The cost was fair with no surprises. I would definitely recommend Folsom Pak Mail for your packing and shipping needs.

I needed to ship an acoustic guitar for an eBay transaction. I didn't have a box, but thought Pak Mail could do the job. I contacted them using email, and Dara wanted the weight and destination zip code. In a separate email, Dara then wanted the dimensions of the guitar case, as they had two different boxes. I then ended up getting three different quotes emailed over a 5 minute period, $231, then "sorry, $125", then "total shipping and insurance is about $129". I assumed the first one was a mistake, and the price was $129. So I let the potential buyer know, and they agreed to pay the shipping. I brought the guitar to Pak Mail in Folsom, and the girl there looked for the emails with Dara, who she said was the owner. She quickly came up with a price of $250, saying I had made a mistake on my measurements. I told her no, the measurements I emailed are correct, and showed them what I had sent on my phone (I didn't get the girls name, she had no nametag on). She said no, the cheaper price was for a box that was for picture frames and a guitar wouldn't fit, now saying I picked the wrong box. I told her I had no idea what size boxes they had, I didn't pick out a box. The smaller box she brought out was 42", and my email that I showed her said the case was 43.5" long - obviously that wouldn't fit. She still insisted I was wrong, all the mistakes were mine. I was stunned, at this point I could tell they were not going to stick with their quote. And the $129 didn't include the price of the box or the packaging, and neither did the $250 price she was showing me! I'd already sold the guitar based on their quote, and the guy already paid $129 for shipping. I was livid. I was kind of surprised she didn't offer to call Dara to straighten this out. I went home and emailed Dara asking what the heck just happened? Dara replied a week later saying sorry for the misunderstanding and "That's the reason I asked for your phone number so we could iron out any misunderstanding/confusion so we could provide an accurate quote". I just looked over all the emails, and not once did Dara ask for my phone number (which Dara said was their protocol). So a bunch of lies. And a shipping company that seems intent on ripping people off, and committing fraud. I will never use Pak Mail again.
