So I have been to this place thrice and the lady working at the desk has the worst attitude. Always yelling at kids in the store for not running and touching stuff. It is definitely not my preference to visit this location due to her bad attitude but have to when shopping at the outlet.

I went into the store on 10/06/22 to purchase some pants for my son. When I was checking out Margarita was trying to force me to sign up for the rewards. When I told her no her whole attitude changed. She was very rude when handing me my receipt and walked away immediately after. The next day 10/7/22 I came back to do a return and again Margarita told me I had to sign up for the rewards to do my return. When I told her I have my receipt and I've never heard of this she was completely rude again. I will never come back to this store because of MARGARITA I'll be sure to let my coworkers and friends know the experience I had as well.

The store is very clean and organized. I went in on 6-15-21 at around 11:40 am. The brunette girl with long hair, mid to late 20s was Sooooo rude. I don't leave reviews on anything, I am usually a fairly mellow person but she asked me 2 times if I wanted to sign up for rewards when I said no, she was visibly upset. Then handed me a receipt and walked away from the register, I said thank you, she rolled her eyes, and started mumbling something to the older lady at the other register. I understand this is a children's store, but I think that you need to try to not employ children. Mature adults usually make the best employees.

Customer service, meh... Speed of getting the items I shipped to store from back... mediocre Knowledge of their location within the mall... super fail Store itself is cute, not easy to find and staff that has a deer in headlight personality. At least at Carter's the energy felt better

The regular priced clothes seem pricey to me but not out of the ordinary for an OshKosh. They have great sales and a lot of stuff was on clearance. The store wasn't crowded at all (empty!) On a weekend, which works great for me. Employees were nice and helpful in answering questions and getting me on my way.

Just like my experience at Carters at the outlets I experienced the same unprofessionalism here as well. Was looking for a few outfits for gifts and was not greeted at the door nor assisted. At least acknowledge the customers instead of chatting privately and playing with cell phones. This occurred last week and I had to just walk out and go elsewhere for my gifts. Management should learn to train staff and provide customer service.

Cheyenne you're a rockstar, I came in for a price adjustment and she helped me pick out more clothes, usually you get unhappy workers adjusting receipts but she handled it like a pro and super courteous, I did also buy online stuff while there and she helped with that to. Thank you OshKosh for hiring smart, kind and fast workers. I'll be back to buy more soon! Happy customer Rosemary N.

Not happy with the customer service lately. I love the clothing but will not go back for a while, guy who works there does not smile and is grumpy.
