Called this shop asking about the cheapest battery for my car and was told it was 159$ proceeded to go into the store and ask for the battery and was given a 200$ battery. I asked “is there a cheaper option” to which the worker replied “nope”. After explaining I had just called and was told there was a cheaper one he said “well I guess I’ll haul it out of the back for you”. It sucks that I was lied too and almost payed 50+ more dollars because the worker didn’t want to get a battery from the back….

Kinda sucks to leave a review like this for a good store like O'Reilly's . Been going here for years even back when it was Kragen but I had a bad experience at this store with an assistant manager named Kevin who flat out refused to look up a national account the company I work for has with them . I've never had a problem at any other store including this one till the other day . Definitely will be using another O'Reilly's so I can use my company account. Some of the other staff at this location are friendly and helpful so I gave two stars . Get it together Kevin !!!

Folsom location is always great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean store and easy location to get to with plenty of parking.

Best customer service of a lifetime! Was greeted by Store Manager Charles Asay, my grandsons boss. He made the battery exchange for my 2001 C5 Corvette Ragtop a true labor of Love He was extremely cordial and so agreeable and exemplifies what real genuine Small Town atmosphere should be, the kind that treats people extremely well and attracts business!
