Waited in the cold while the door girl chatted up friends about her nails. Meanwhile 20+people came out. I left. Planned on buying Xmas presents. The manager should rethink putting the faith of his sales in the hands of a girl with a pathetic control complex. It's retail at the Nike Outlet chick..... calm down.

The two women who work at the register and one may act as an "assistance to the associates" need to desperately learn customer service skills. There attitude and mannerisms to customers suck. I will stop coming to this location and go to Vacaville instead because I never had to deal with unfriendly associates over there. Their attitudes make you not want to shop at the Folsom store so you don't have to deal with their ugly personalities. Someone like a manager needs to check them.

Great service and super helpful! I went to so many stores looking for a certain pair of shoes and they were not anywhere and one of the sale team members helped me find it online and ordered it straight to my home. Super kind and friendly

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Came in today and found the shoes I wanted. I gave the cashier (Kenyana?) my gift card and she scratched off the pin. Unfortunately, she scratched too hard and removed some of the pin numbers. She and her co-worker (supervisor?) could not figure it out. I was in line for about 10 mins by this time, and tried to stay patient. They asked me to call the customer sevice number on the back and when the agent stated he could not just provide the pin, the cashiers told me that I need to pay by another method since they can't use the card... THAT THEY MESSED UP! I could not believe my ears and they said "we tried our best" and was hardly apologetic. They acted like I should understand THEM! They could see the card has $25 on their screen but without the pin, they said I could not use my gift card. And that I would need to call customer service myself to request a new one. I was in shock. I was so pissed but didn't want to create a scene it spend more time with them. So I paid the entire balance with my credit card. Yes, I should have called a manager but I was too angry by then and just wanted to get out before I said something I would regret.

Came to buy shoes for my son and found some that he would like but towards the bottom of the shoe there was yellow marks. Looks like dried glue. Janae the manager said she couldn't discount due to every shoe being like that. And we pointed out it's a defect caused from glue. Another shoe had the same issue in other areas of the shoe as well. She unwillingly gave us a 10% discount. However, it was off putting that she tried to pass it off as if every shoe was like that. It's $4 to make a customer feel heard and for a defect. I don't understand the issue. Our cashier Emilio was helpful.

Romeo, who's allegedly the "store manager". Doesn't like to return calls or discuss why his employees like to leave customers standing outside in the cold, while they allow off the clock employees into the store to purchase whatever they would like before the store opens. The district manager Scott Dado has told me "this is not supposed to be happening". I doubt anything will happen. Customer service is a lost art these days. Alex, Brittney, Jeremy, Stacy, should not be manager material. The only way to find something nice at this store, is to become an employee.

Unless you are completely uninitiated, you know what you're getting in a factory store. The selection may be inconsistent, the crowds annoying, but the discounts can't be beat if you can track down what you are looking for in your size. I suppose my latest visit is colored by the fact that I got exactly what I was looking for. They have a number of shoes that represent the latest styles. I was able to find a few in my gigantic size (13) and made a purchase that I now enjoy whenever I exercise. The downside is that they usually don't have my size. A sales associate confirmed this, saying 12 and above is usually "the first to go." Speaking of sales associates, there are folks around but finding help is very hit or miss.

Not too many shoes with sizes available for our kids. But, they do have nice toddler shirts 2/$20. Check out line was fast and all the cashiers are quick. Yesterday visit was good. We were helped by a gentleman. Asked how was our day going. Asked us if we need to sign up for their member. Which I have already have an account but, its been over a year the account was inactive. Cashier was cool and he informed us about the clearance and the price difference because one of the shirt was $8. I appreciate him telling us. But, its $2 difference it was no biggie. My experience here is mutual. Fast and efficient cashiers with good communication skills. Took one star off because of limited sizing.

So we can touch all the shoes with our hands, but we can't try them on our feet? I haven't heard anything from the CDC saying covid can be spread with our feet. Ok Nike. Also poor selection, high prices for an outlet store. Nike.com currently has better prices.

I was greeted at entrance by AJ and another co worker. They were both nice and professional in informing me there's no trying on clothes inside the store due to CDC guidelines. AJ also helped me on the floor, helped me with finding shorts for my nephew, I couldn't reach for them, in addition they were out of the size; he offered to order them online for me. He offered all resources to me, VERY helpful. And Thomas was my cashier, very professional and helped provide a gift receipt. My experience here was positive and I would return here again.

Absolutely stupid policy! My son went to buy a pair of shoes that he needed the next day. Upon entering he was informed that he could not try anything on due to Covid including shoes. Uh.....how many cases of Covid have there been from TRYING ON SHOES! Seriously! It is these stupid, fearmongering, NON SCIENCE "rules" that continue to fuel the downward spiral of California and the demise of the brick and mortar store. My son told the "bouncer" "forget it" and bought a pair a Adidas and then Under Armour. He said they were much more accomodating and could try them on. Nike not only lost a sale, they just lost customers as well.
