I ship A LOT for work to many foreign countries. By far they customer service, shipping times and assistance at this location has been far superior to every other option I've used (all the main ones). Can't recommend them enough, especially if shipping out of country.

This place is a hidden gem! I had several items to send, and David didn't bat an eye.....he was friendly, efficient, and obviously conscientious and efficient! After I sent everything , I got home and realized I had sent an empty box! So I had to go back, and Pete helped to open the box back up, with no judgement of my dumb mistake. While I was there a lady whose name I didn't get, who came out of the back and helped me to laugh at myself. The manager must have excellent judgment cuz these 3 people made me want to come back any time I have anything to ship. There is no better mailing store, and I just can't thank these folks enough!

Great place for any type of mail service. I go here all the time for any mailing or shopping needs. I buy my stamps here as well. The staff is so friendly and nice. Love the look inside, very cozy. I love that they give advice on best ways to ship depending on when you want something delivered and give you info to track your package. Very convenient spot to get things done! Highly recommend!!

The More Than A Mailbox staff in Folsom on Prairie City is the most efficient, thoughtful, careful, and courteous group of talented experts we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. For our upcoming move, with great care they packed our large, framed art prints, smaller framed prints, and ceramic pieces that are all sentimental and beloved. We are proud to support a local, small business that obviously cares about their customers and works hard to do their absolute best to please them. Tracey, Brody, and Pete make you feel like family.
