This is first issue we've ever had with this Walmart usually everyone is friendly, its clean, organized. Shopping went great got everything I needed after spending and hour at the store . Reached the self checkout area where of course there normally are two people to help & assist issues that may occur but immediately upon scanning first item associate Donna immediately intervenes without provocation & starts rummaging through our items after numerous requests to stop! She still continues until she notices we are getting upset! No apologies , she was being very pushy, and had no right to do what she did. Associate should have left us alone. Bottom line is we felt very harassed and unwanted as a customer .

I enjoy the lower cost grocery shopping, the medicine, toiletries, and general goods are all much less expensive here. When I lived farther, I would spend $40 in gas to shop at Walmart, and I'd still save in the end over shopping at the grass valley grocery store. Worth the time and effort for sure. Now that I live close enough to shop there regularly, I find myself shopping there 2-3 times per week. The staff costs them a star, the regular guy at the self check at the store off Riley has a smart mouth and is rude to customers when he thinks they can't hear him. Guy needs to appreciate his job, and stop assuming every time the self check triggers that customers are lying thieves... "everyone says they scanned all the items, but I always find what they are stealing " he quipped... thinking I couldn't hear him. After they realized it was in fact not stealing, he said nothing to apologize. So I let him know my displeasure of being called a thief for no reason at all, but he couldn't look me in the eye, acknowledging his mistake or even act like he could hear me. He just pretended he couldn't hear me. Don't assume folks are stealing , and certainly don't do it in a smart @ss insulting manner... because you were wrong, and when you don't apologize or acknowledge that fact, you look like a real piece of work. Just don't open your mouth to comment before you know the facts

This store in Folsom is poorly managed. For example; the back of the entire store (minus grocery & cleaning supplies) is covered by ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE (fabrics, photo, electronics, sporting goods). Products in this area require service to either unlock product in cases or to cut fabrics or to pick up photos. This requires more than ONE EMPLOYEE but management does not care as they lose sales. Further more, they have now closed down their one hour photo (on the internet) & removed all retail phone displays (no one to wait on you anyway for phones). Management's answer to no coverage is to install buzzers to let some one know you need help ... ridiculous as there is no one! Along with some neighbors we plan on sending a letter to Walmart corporate headquarters stating to either close this store or clean it up (grocery section) & staff it!

Although I appreciate a Walmart in my community their bike part section is never stocked! That's the main reason I visit Walmart too :( prices are competitive and selection of products are good but that's the only two things going for Walmart really, at least for the Folsom Walmart

Placed a photo order on the website, then went to this store to pick up. No one was at the photo department, had to wait for longer than 20 min for someone to help me. I waited in line for over 35 min just to pick up my photos that were already processed. The employee showed up and started processing the order of the person in front of the line. But she didn't bother to call for additional help. The whole atmosphere of the store looked depressing and some aisles were so messy. Employees looked like they didn't want to be there. This was not a good shopping experience and I will not go back.

3 dogs walking around on leashes behind their owners carts in a grocery store with food on low levels in the store as well as a Subway restaurant. NASTY!!!! Management informed me that was fine, nothing he can do.

Trash, doesn't allow apple pay(probably a nationwide thing for walmart for some reason) and the constant nagging of workers trying to see your receipt for some reason.

YOU SEE THE RATING? SO STOP GOING TO THIS WALMART! SPREAD AWARENESS!!! AND TELL ALL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS!! I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experiences at this location. My visits have left me with a strong desire to share my concerns and grievances. The customer service at this store has been consistently poor, and I have encountered some of the most unhelpful and inattentive staff I've ever encountered in any retail establishment. It is disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and courtesy from the employees. They are disrespectful and rude all time to no matter whom. Additionally, I have heard reports of racist behavior and have personally witnessed a troubling lack of inclusivity and empathy among some members of the staff all around the store from every department. It is essential for any business to foster an environment of respect and fairness for both employees and customers alike. The low ratings and negative sentiment surrounding this particular Walmart location are indicative of a more significant issue. I strongly urge to stop going to this walmart and even ordering online (which they suck at more than anything else) I repeat; every single employee sucks at this walmart. It's a shame. It's a shame to see how hateful of a staff they have

Walmart has had an increase in fraudulent activity this is the third time I've had to close out a stored credit card cause of unauthorized charges, be careful of your card activity very frustrating I wish you could place an on line order without opening an account and storing information!the unauthorized activity is not necessarily at the local walmart

Placed an order for a birthday cake nearly 2 weeks ago for my 6 year old daughter, and these pIeces of shit cancelled the order 2 days before her party. Fuck these insensitive greedy shitstains on society. SO MANY PROBLEMS with this store and staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We had an order to be delivered today, Mon. 8/28. Half came at 11:33am. Then we received an email and txt saying driver could not deliver remaining order at 6:30pm. That was all it said. No reason why. We don't live in a gated community. Don't understand and when will we receive? It's already been paid for

Picture tells some of the story. I didn't want to take each stall. All the same though. All trash over flowing including sanitary napkin are. Yes Walmart can afford to provide clean restrooms for you, if they cared.

This is the worst Walmart the customer service lady was rude from the start then she pretty much threw my money at me. She wanted to put my whole return on a gift card and I asked why when I bought two I should be able to get my cash back for the one I returned. Don't shop or return anything at this store

Based mainly on the customer service, I'm raising my rating to 4 stars. This Wal-Mart is not without its issues, but the employees are very friendly, and always seem to be working hard. The greeters manage to keep a positive attitude, in spite of the fact that a lot of the clientele can be rude. Any time I have raised an issue with staff, they have been attentive, and have helped out immediately. Recently, I came in looking for some athletic shorts, and ended up buying two pairs. It wasn't until after I had tried them on that I realized that the fitting room wasn't technically open yet, and the employee had done me a favor by opening up a room for me. This influenced my decision to go ahead and get both pairs of shorts instead of just one. When it comes to online orders, they do a really good job. If anything, orders usually tend to show up sooner than expected. The gardening center still has the issue of over-watering their succulents, so, I'll usually only buy them if I can tell that they haven't been in the store for very long. I still wouldn't trust the auto center-- it's worth the extra drive to Roseville, if you ask me. And I stand by what I said about the bin label errors, but, overall, this is a pretty decent location.
