Just received my custom ring I had been working on with Pam. What a great experience. Pam helped get the spacing of my stones just right. Picking exactly the right stones within my budget and had it ready early. Their in house jewler did a fantastic job on my ring. Definitely nice to shop with little BS. They don’t trying to up sale on other item. No pressure shopping is my type of shopping.

I have done business with Pam for nearly 30 years, since she was in her first store in Cameron Park. Pam is a very talented and honest jeweler, always creating or ordering exactly what you are looking for. Her pricing is always very reasonable.

We are grateful their jeweler is an exceptionally gifted craftsman. They took my wife’s original wedding band (which we’d upgraded from over the years) and transformed it into an amazing set of earrings and matching solitaire pendant. Every event she wears them to people ask who the designer is and adore them. Fair pricing (in our opinion not pricey enough for their quality of work) and amazing customer service.You won’t walk in to a bunch of sparkle and bright lights dazzling you like a chain jeweler in the mall, but their workmanship and knowledge is a rare find.

I took my beloved wedding ring to a few jewelers for quotes on fixing broken diamond heads and replacing the head stone. Mon Bijou was the place I trusted with my heirloom ring and their quote was about half what another shop quoted. Their jeweler was great about explaining options and helping me choose what was best for my needs and my budget.

My husband called around to get quotes for resizing a ring (size down) and Mon Bijou was the best price in town! I brought in three rings total and they were all completed same day! Also the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We are pleased to have found this place after a negative experience at another jeweler in town. Highly recommend!!

This store is a secret gem! I wanted to buy my high school aged daughter a small, simple solid gold cross for her birthday-- nothing too big or blingy. She's more of a jeans and t-shirt kind of teenager. After looking all over Folsom and Roseville for months, I finally stumbled into this place while waiting for my oil change at Speedy nearby. They had exactly what I'd been looking for. I gave her the pendant on a gold chain that I already owned and she LOVED it... mom points! Sadly, a few months later my daughter told me she had broken the chain accidentally. (I didn't think about her active lifestyle and she was wearing it all of the time :). So, back to MonBijou I went and told them what my daughter's needs were and they were able to recommend a strong, yet nice looking 18" chain that didn't over power the smaller size of the cross, and they added another jump ring 1.5" from the end so that she can wear it 2 different ways. They have full-service jewelry and watch repair and customization right in the back. So I went and ordered lunch nearby and before I had finished eating it was finished. I am so excited to give her a quality chain that I know she'll get a lot of use out of. It's just refreshing to be able to talk to a real expert and get to customize something that I was able to examine in person. (Online shopping has its limitations.)

I brought in my engagement ring for a broken prong and 2 bent prongs. A ring from my fiancé's grandma, who is no longer with us, Pamela suggested I go shorter with the setting since I had to replace it anyway and I'm so happy I went with her suggestion!! I looove the new look my ring has. She and the jeweler took such good care of my now family heirloom.

Pam and her team at Mon Bijou took my dream and knocked it out of the park! Pam hunted down the obscure stone I wanted for weeks! She worked with countless suppliers and jewelers to see that she provided exactly what I requested while staying within my budget. She listened to what I wanted in the design of my ring while gracefully guiding me with her wealth of knowledge along the way. She broke down my heirloom ring with love and respect and made two new pieces that I will never take off. My husband and I will never shop at another jeweler. Skip the big box stores and work with real people, go to Mon Bijou!
