In my previous experiences with Mikes Bikes in Folsom, they go above and beyond my expectations. My wife had dropped her bike during one of our nearby rides, that resulted in a bent rear derailleur mount. Not only did they straighten it out and get it shifting properly, they also checked for any available Di2 updates while they were working on the bike. All of this was done while we waited and they didn't charge us a dime. They fixed us up and got us back on the road right away. I appreciate them completely and will share my experiences with them to anyone that will listen.

Awesome service. Love that you guys have that rack where I could plug the puncture in my tubeless road tire and air it back up in the comfort of your shop.

The repairs are a little pricey, timelines are kind of long, and It baffles me that there is no way to leave a message. They did a good job. I'll probably go to another shop in the future since they charge a ton if you didn't buy your bike there. That kind of business plan feels pretty gross imo, but that's just me.

Just got another great tune up on my Santa Cruz Tall Boy. Casey is awesome and always teaching me how to take care of my bike for a better biking experience! Highly recommended this shop for service and shopping!
