I had a fantastic shopping experience at the DXL Big + Tall store at the Folsom Outlets on March 24, 2025! ?️? I was looking for a few new shirts for some upcoming vacations, and Brian, the sales associate, went above and beyond to help me out. ?✈️?
He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, taking the time to understand what I needed and offering great suggestions. ?? Thanks to him, I left with three awesome shirts that fit great and will keep me looking sharp on the road! ??

“I found shorts, which is a miracle on its own! But the cherry on top was Liz who checked us out at the register and helped up get a great deal on the BOGO (which I had no idea about) and figured out how to split our purchases into two payments while maintaining the discount on our items. Literally a genius. She went above and beyond’s beyond her pay grade for us. I still feel bad for putting her through that but she was so kind and willing throughout the whole process! “H&M is always busy with lots of people inside the store. This one in Folsom is no exception. This store is enormous, and many customers there try to find the clothes that they want. The prices of clothes and accessories in H&M are from low to medium with pretty good quality. They have clearance racks, and the price starts from a few dollars. The workers at the cashier counter are friendly and quick. The line is moving very fast. The parking in front of the store is hard to find parking. The parking garage is a little far from the store.”
“The store was very clean and well-organized. It was easy to find the sizes that I was looking for. The staff was very courteous and attentive. She helped me find the right style of shorts that I wanted for my 15 year old daughter "not too short!" Arden's Forever 21 store is larger and has more merchandise, but I find that a smaller selection with well-organized products leads to a more pleasing and easygoing shopping experience for me.”
“This Tommy Hilfiger Outlet Store is one of the best stores in Folsom Premium Outlets. It is at the heart of the outlet mall. Close to everything in the mall. This store is always well organized and the salespersons are helpful. I can found what I'm looking for in a very short period. I can see the store does have a lot of good bargains in there. They are organized by size and color. Finding what I'm looking for is easy. The store is located in the middle of the whole outlet mall with many parking in front of it. You may have to park your car with a little walking to the store. They do have a few parking right in front of the store, but you have to be very lucky to get one!”
