Great personal service from Marlon. He attended to another customer as well giving me the time to test the mattresses we discussed. He ended up finding me a great deal on a Queen (I had wanted a King) higher end mattress for less than that was budgeted for. Also got the adjustable platform and am excited for that.

Joshua was easy going and knowledgeable. I purchased the extra firm 2.0 mattress and some memory foam pillows. The adjustable platform was included. I got an excellent deal for Black Friday. Hopefully, the bed performs the way it presented itself during my showroom experience.

We had a wonderful experience selecting our New Bed with Marlon. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory. He was very patient, friendly and a great listener. He asked key questions that helped him help us narrow our search of the many choices in store inventory down to beds that matched our criteria. Because of his knowledge we had the benefit of comparing 5 different beds that could be and were good matches in a variety of price ranges. We will definitely refer Mattress Firm and Marlon to others that we hear are considering a new mattress purchase.

I had a great experience at this place. Bill Yong is the best manager and sales person. He is professional and knowledgeable person. Buying mattress to me is very stressful. Bill guided me through the procedure until getting the right mattress. Great place to buy mattress and I recommand this place and specifically Bill as an honest and friendly salesman.

We were greeted by Michael upon entering the store. He was very helpful without being pushy which we appreciated. There were several brands to choose from and the prices seemed comparable to other places we checked out. We liked the terms of the purchase...availability, delivery, satisfaction guaranteed and $200 to use as we wished. We purchased our last mattress here and are looking forward to receiving our new Sealy hybrid set. Overall a great mattress shopping experience.

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm Folsom. Bill yong was so professional and knowledgeable. I have back problems and had a hard time to be able to choose a good mattress that helps with the back pain. With bill's help and knowledge I was able to choose a good now. That is in trial period to see if it will help with my back pain. There are two stores in Folsom but I really recommand the one Bill Yong work at. He will makes it much easier for someone to choose the right mattress. Bill is friendly and professional. It's not that easy to find a sales person who is honest and not after commission only. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable about the beds (mattress, bases) and all of the products sold in his store. Joe was very friendly and took into consideration all of our needs before he recommended different beds and products. The store was in a nice location. The store was very clean. Joe is very knowledgeable. He was able to understand my needs and give me some pointers on picking a mattress. I will definitely use mattress firm again to find my next mattress, but that probably won't be for a while because I bought a quality mattress.
