Freela in the dressing room was so funny and personable. We got along well. The clothing items were a variety, store was clean, and there wasn't too many people so that was nice. Freela though, shout out to her. She made our experience.

I typically don't leave negative reviews but the older woman at the try-on counter was EXTREMELY rude to me. Whoever was working the counter on 03/12/24 between 12:00-1:00PM needs to be spoken to by management about her behavior towards customers. I have never been treated so poorly by somebody in customer service in my entire life. I work in customer service and I would NEVER speak to anybody that way, let alone a customer. I truly pray this woman finds some kindness and compassion in her heart for other people. Ruined my entire experience, truly...

This Marshall's also has some great items every time I've visited. But this is only my second time here lol. I was able to find several of my items I usually keep my eye out for. The organization is a bit different compared to other Marshall's for their beauty department but they were still nicely color coordinated.

The Manager Paul was rude and refused to honor the yellow tag on Christmas pjs. I did not end up buying the pjs as Paul store manager increased the price. Besides that the store is very messy and unorganized. They need to work on their customer service skills.

The store manager Teresa L refused to price match an identical item that had 2 different prices, but different sizes. She had me go from the register to get the item to only rip the tag off and say it's wrong and force me to pay the higher price. Although it was only a three dollar price difference. poor representation of the company. They should have honored the price due to their own error which was no fault of mine. Can't trust these people working here.
