Rude, condescending, outright low budget insurance group. I filed a grievance with California Board of Insurance complaint due to thier behavior. Awful. Way too expensive and cancelled insurance rather than reaching out for renewal CHARGED over 500 for said “insurance.” Screw this place! Wish I had checked the reviews before using this insurance!!

Ryan Antol is the WORST adjuster and insurance agent of MAPFRE! Even at fault Ryan antol likes to delay the process of claims even after the investigation and estimates are done.. Not professional dealing with customers specially in claims.
