The person who helped me with my fingerprinting, Jeanne, Was super friendly, explained everything to me, and was very patient as my fingerprints wouldn’t take, and she had to keep doing it over and over. She was welcoming every person into the store, people by name, and answering peoples questions while also helping me :-)”

“Update: The owner of this UPS store personally called me after I posted reviews and filed a complaint with UPS. She was AWESOME. She was very helpful, empathetic, and went the extra mile to help locate my package. She filed a tracer and UPS found my package and got it eventually to its destination, given many days late. For that, I have updated my review to a 4. Committed owner, hopefully that commitment can permeate to the store’s managers and staff.
Original Post: This store has among the worst customer service I have ever seen, I do not recommend. A lot of these other reviews appear to be fake and paid for by the owner. There are many other stores in the area, all of which I’m certain would be better. I paid $100 for 2 day shipping, a week later the package still had not arrived. I called UPS customer service and they referred me to a UPS Store. I went in to a UPS Store (a closer store) and they referred me to the originating store (this location). This location told me that UPS Customer Service, the other UPS Store, and the internet lied, and they could not help because “they are just a franchise.” This was after waiting on hold for 15 minutes and getting bounced between three people all who were rude, had no accountability, and seemed to know nothing about tracking a package - a basic ask for UPS.”
“This place is great. Always a quick, friendly and easy. I had a bunch of Amazon returns and my app was giving me trouble. The person helping me was so patient. Highly recommend for shipping services and more!”
