Mac Palladio gives the best service to the customers. They go above and beyond. The store hours are showing wrong on Google. MONDAY through Saturday they are open 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.Sunday 11:00to 7:00

Kaylie was absolutely amazing and did not rush me whatsoever. She was running the store all by herself and gave each person all her attention one by one. She is personable and did show you me an array of products, at the same time, didn't push me to buy anything. Definitely will be back.

First I want to start by saying I use A LOT. Of different brands throughout my years .. Mac is always a go to for me ,and I love their customer service .. My yelp today is about my wonderful experience at the Folsom Palladio .. Holly!! Did you hear me HOLLY IS AMAZING !! First - she multitasks like it's no body's business.. Second- she helped me for 2 hours!! You heard me right , 2 hours .. I know "that's her job" however I've NEVER had someone in makeup be that attentive to me Lastly , I think we're pretty much besties by now , and I will tell everyone about her and her sick makeup skills Holly if you're reading this , thank you

I understand staff needs breaks, but the week of Christmas you would think more than one person would be working. Took time off of work to come pick up a gift for my wife, but I already paid for it and ordered online, I saw her lock the door as I walked up. She came back out and I let her know. I just needed to get what I ordered online and she told me that she had already clocked out and that I needed to wait until 1 PM. Absolutely crazy to think they would only staff one person there and she is forced to take a mandatory break and shut down right at lunchtime. how many of us who work full-time use our lunchtime to get an errand done. This is retail at Christmas, you cannot have just one person working a store. Not to mention she never apologized. She just said what was happening and then I had to come back at 1 PM. I understand this isn't her decision, but she could've been a little bit more friendly and at least acted a little sympathetic.

I am a Mac lover and always have been for years, so very excited to have a standalone store here in Folsom. I went in the other day and wanted very specific products and the girl tried to sell me so hard on the holiday collection. I get it. It's sales but if I come in for a handful of things I'd rather just buy them outright than the holiday version. She seemed irritated that I didn't want to purchase it. Customer service there is just like any other place, sometimes outstanding, sometimes unfavorable.

Either the brand has gone down hill or this is the worst Mac store on the planet. I had placed on online order and received the wrong color. I figured returning it in-store would be easiest. First day I arrived and they were closed two hours early from posted time. Second day I arrived they were closed for lunch at 2! I waited the hour in the area and attempted the return and she couldn't get an iPad to work. I came back a third time and the iPads still weren't working but they called customer service, and told me the return was done and I would get an email. A week later I still hadn't received an email I so called them and they told me to call customer service. I waited on hold forever to be told a return was not in progress. Online customer service finally processed the return when I explained what happened. I have been using other makeup brands for awhile but decided to give MAC a try again. I certainly regret this decision.

Very Disappointed!! I've been buying Mac pro liner for many years. I had purchased a Pro liner but didn't use it right away because I found a 1/2 pencil in the drawer. Came time to open the pencil I bought but as I tried to apply it I found that it did Not glide on. I stretched my eyelid and kept pressing and it just didn't go on. Anyone ever using the Macpro liner knows that it should glide on. I went back to the Mac store a Palladio in Folsom and asked if I could exchange it for a new one because it was dried it out. The associate asked for my receipt which I did not have because I've used this product for years and know there's no need to return it. My mistake. She proceeded to say that there was no way that she could return it or exchange it if I did not have my receipt. I proceeded to say that this pencil was defective and dried out but she insisted she needed a receipt. I stepped aside and pulled up my bank statement on my phone and found the transaction. I showed her my statement as proof that I made a purchase at the Folsom location in which she took a heavy sigh and proceeded to say that that doesn't prove that I bought the pencil!!. Fuming at this point I said is there a manager I could speak to. She said that she was the manager. I said this is ridiculous all I want to do is exchange it for a pencil because pencil I bought was defective or dried out. She proceeded to say that she could not do it. I was in shock and disbelief. It wasn't like I wanted a refund without a receipt. Just a simple exchange. I decided to leave as it was becoming embarrassing to have this conversation about a defective product when there were customers in the store. So as I was leaving I said "This is a shame, you should back up! your products!!" Macys would Never! do this to there customers. Will not be shopping at Mac In Folsom.

On Friday I went to this store I always go here never had a problem the manger holly is a racist woman she helped all the other race I was the only black woman in the store she helped me last I was in there a hour she sold me some wrong product the concler was nothing in it and the powder foundation was to dark for my skin and when I called to let her know on Saturday she kept putting me on hold I was out of town I told her I would be returning them she said ok so when I got there on Sunday to return the items she stayed in the back and would not come out to help me then called security on me and lied on me I was wanting patient and when I asked for corporate number she would not give it to me and called security and would not return my items she sold to me don't shop here not on

Worst customers service I've experienced. The Associate scheduled an appointment for make-up and told me to call back at the time I wanted if there is any cancellation. I called them and they canceled my appointment. Because they were busy, but they weren't.

Associates refuse to schedule appointments for make-up and tell you to walk in. When you walk in they then passive aggressively do other tasks hoping you leave. When you wait patiently and they see you aren't leaving they then ask you to come back another day and go on a cigarette break right outside. Work ethic and standards here are not up to par. My time was wasted and not once did they mention they were short staffed. The attitude of the staff was also discouraging. I hope to see improvements made by management.

I have been to this MAC store several times and the employees are always SO friendly! My daughter and I went in yesterday and were greeted by Tyra. She helped me with the lipstick and eyeliner I was interested in. Tyra was so personable and gracious. She truly made our quick stop into the store a wonderful experience.

Jocelyn was awesome today at the Mac store !! she took the time to review lipsticks with me and to test some new foundation that I was interested in on my neck. All this with careful consideration and protocols with masks during the pandemic. I have been a Mac user for almost 15 years and I've always had a great experience thank you

Very small location with only 1 employee to handle all the people. Took forever and had a little girl putting her finger in all the product and mom just smiling and not saying a single thing to her.
