Unlike Home Depot this company does support Veterans without Fine Print. I encourage all Veterans and those who support them to Shop Lowes and show your support for businesses that do what they say without subterfuge. Lowes has far better customer service and carries significantly better quality products in their stores so you can't go wrong shopping there. Once again, great service and found everything I needed.

Very happy with our experience this morning looking for a new washer and dryer. Paulette helped and is very knowledgeable about brands and washer amenities. She explained things very well and took the time to understand our needs.

This review is for Jeannette Castro, Kitchen Cabinet Specialist at Folsom Lowes. Jeannette assisted my husband and I with our selections for our bathroom vanity cabinets, linen cabinet and accessories as part of our bathroom remodel.
We had a few appointments with Jeannette to make sure we got what we wanted. This is a design we will have for years and we wanted it to be right. Jeannette was patient with us and guided us through the process. Jeannette drew the design out on her computer, ordered everything and kept us informed as to our order status.
Everything has turned out great, we are finally finished with our project. We can't say enough about Jeannette, she was on time, efficient, measurements were accurate and most of all, Jeannette was a pleasure to work with! Thank you, Jeannette.

Miracle grow was on sale for $2.50 a bag. When I went to pick up several bags it showed buy 3 get 3 free. Loaded up 24 in my cart and went to customer service to honor to price since the old dude at the garden center could care less. The ladies at customer service pretty much told me to kick rocks and that they won’t honor the buy 3 get 3 free because the sale price is already included ? Fail.

I ordered a bunch of items from Lowes, the day before delivery I was told I have to be onsite to receive them. Spent half a day home waiting, got a call around 6pm saying they will deliver "first thing tomorrow". I told them that I have a plumber coming tomorrow and they assured they will deliver before that. Marked order immediately as "delivered", I had to call and notify support I received nothing (there is a time limit when you can notify them about issues with an order). Next morning they delivered only some of the items, plumber couldn't start the work and had to leave, however there is still a fee for coming over.
They were able to deliver missing items (tub + walls) after 5 days only, the tub was cracked. When I asked for a replacement I was told that I have to bring it to a store, which is ridiculous. I told them it's not gonna work and they have to come up with something else. As the result they told me they will send a new tub and a crew will pick it up the cracked one. The delivery left tub in a completely wrong place and refused to pick up the cracked one, were not picking up their phone.
I spent a week trying to figure out what to do with a cracked one, while having a huge tub in a middle of my room.
It total I spent around 3-4 hours for calls for that order.
I was told they will call me about compensation, but I received no calls regarding it. This is terrible and I'm always told someone will call me.

I went to this establishment this afternoon to pick out new lightbulbs and I had the pleasure of being encountered by Travis. He was exceptionally helpful, very informational, very polite and professional. It was not the normal experience of walking into Lowe’s and being met with a confused face. Travis taught me out on his way to do something else and offered assistance and education. There is a gentleman upon entry that looked so uninviting and actively avoided eye contact so I didn’t really know who to ask questions of and I was really grateful that Travis came along.
