I had carpet installed on my stairs. After about two years the carpet started to come apart from the stairs. Poor workmanship and install. Of course Lowe's will not make right because it is out of warranty despite the fact that their installers did a very very poor job of installing. Avoid Lowe's install at all cost!!!

We purchased carpet and the pad for 2 bedrooms from Lowe's which included installation. Unfortunately it's only been over 2 years which means it's out of workmanship warranty. This photo shows how bad the installers were. Each room, not just one has gotten ripples in the carpet. NEVER use them. PS - Maybe that's why they throw in the installation. Because they do a crappy job. Tell all your friends and family like I did.

POOR Service! I ordered a security screen door in July of 2023. Was to be delivered at end of Aug 2023. Sept rolls by.. Nothing.. Store knows nothing about order. Than Lowes states it will be delayed 2 months. Now its been cancelled. The Manager did NOTHING to help! The Staff have no clue! I will NEVER buy from Lowes again! I have put $50K in my home in just 2 years.. Lowes will NEVER see another dime from me again! Fk Lowes in Folsom, Ca

Not a very good experience at Lowes when trying to buy a Dishwasher. The associate that came over from the Kitchen Design area did not seem very knowledgeable about the products. Then told us that Dishwasher we wanted was not in stock at the Rancho Cordova store but was in stock at the Folsom location. We went out to Folsom and the associate was wrong. So I am disappointed about seemingly getting the runaround in Rancho Cordova store and then having to drive out to Folsom for nothing.

Had a simple warranty question, but after calling and letting the phone ring for minutes and minute multiple times, I was losing my mind. I decided to try 3 other locations just to get an answer. None of the locations (Folsom, Rancho, Citrus Heights) answered either. It's ridiculous how no one seems to care about customer service which includes picking up a ringing phone!

Needed extra time to pick up an online order & Jennifer took care of it! They stock a lot of nice lights, plants, and seasonal items at affordable prices. The paint department really stepped up by providing solutions for my craft and yard projects this year. Lots of improvements for not a lot of money

Came here to buy a Husqvarna electric hedger and HVAV air filters. Customer service was excellent. They price matched the Hedger listed on Amazon for $80 less and gave me bulk (more than 4) discount on the air filters and with Military discount I saved another $120 for total $200 discount today. Thanks Lowe's!!

Return customer service is horrible, I bought few items to repaint my house couple days ago and one item is not working properly. I went back to Lowe's and request exchange on the item. Not even return, I need it to fix my project. The lady said they will not take my return. For $5 item, you lose a loyal Lowe's customer.

I ordered paver stones to be delivered to my home. Not only did they not arrive on the delivery day, when they did arrive they were damaged. I was told I could get a refund by calling in but after three follow up calls in the last month I have yet to get a call back.

After Home Depot delivery failed to read instruction to deliver with small truck they tried to schedule over week later. I went to Lowe's their delivery was in 2 days. They were terrific to deal with. Polite, Professional and Quick. This is where I'll be buying the rest of my upcoming appliance needs.

Went too Lowes I like too get bargain prices on plants that are almost not going too make it and found Two I went about 6 no manger in nursery a kid didn't know what too do that was working there I went too customer service was horrible she check plants said they were regular price REALLY !! And she says she couldn't do anything about it bad bad service very disappointing!!!!!!

Welp, it's time to review the big box store, Lowes! I have to say it always provides exactly what I need when I need it. As opposed to its rival, that other big box place down the road and across the street, which always leaves me frustrated and promising myself I will never return. Local shoppers know which store I am talking about:). Maybe it is the great lighting, but everything seems bright and cheery whenever I enter. Now... who thought Lowes could be described like that:). I find it clean, orderly, and easy to find that elusive item I am there to locate. It is always a great last resort. Unlike Home Depot (there...I said it:), customer service is helpful and plentiful. No searching from one end of the huge store to the other looking for assistance. And once I do find someone, he/she is always pleasant and knowledgeable. They actually seem happy to be there. All in all, is it always my first choice of store when I am looking for something of the DIY category? Maybe not. But when I am out of options, it is the first big box department store I think of. When I was unable to locate begonias late in the season recently... Lowe's had them. Woohoo! Their garden center is well maintained, and the many plants are always good-looking and healthy. And quite frankly at a much more reasonable price than some of the smaller nurseries. I understand that a 10% discount is offered to military- affiliated customers. Nice gesture Lowes! So, a shout out to all the hard-working employees who are always so helpful. And thank you, Lowes, for keeping a well stocked inventory. Cheers!

Lowe's recently changed their return policy for no store credit, only refunds with the receipt or card it was purchased on. I came in to return a gate post I did not end up needing, which cost about $5. Christine at customer service was very unhelpful. I did not have the receipt, so I used the card I purchased it on. She told me there was no purchase found. I insisted I used that card to make the purchase. She essentially told me there was nothing she could do, and would not give me store credit or any sort of help even though it was only $5. I decided to return the next day to see if someone could be more helpful. Martha and Linda at customer service were significantly more helpful. Upon realizing my card didn't show a purchase for the item, they proceeded to look up the receipt for me and found that a different post for the same amount had been scanned instead, so the SKU number hadn't found a match in the system. They put in the new correct SKU and was able to find my purchase and complete my return. Thank you to both of them for making my experience much nicer and for offering help in a way they could, unlike Christine the day before.

I came in to look around for carpet for my guest room. I've been shopping around and tried other stores prior to coming to Lowe's. I was helped by Michael and he was amazing. He didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. He provided options and details to help me make an informed decision. Not only did they have the best deal but they had the best customer service as well. they offer free installation. And no sales tax on carpet purchases. Lowe's by far had the best value at this time and their customer service made it even better.

I went into order landscaping rocks to be delivered. The garden center staff was wonderful; however, that's where it ends. The lady in customer service was unable to log into the system and basically didn't try to remedy the situation. While throwing her hands in the air she was quite rude to another customer as I waited. Needless to say my purchase was made elsewhere. Please staff your store with friendlier and competent associates at the customer service desk
