Very Disappointing. Lifetime Fitness personal training falls short—overpriced with a strict cancellation policy, and trainers providing only basic exercises easily found on YouTube. Sessions lack stretching and are tailored to prolong your training period rather than focusing on your progress.

Training at Lifetime Fitness is not good. It's very expensive and hard to cancel if something important comes up right before. Also, the trainers think they are the best, but they only do simple exercises that you can find on YouTube for free.

I am so not a gym person, but I could live at Lifetime Fitness. It's become both a social and a fitness gathering place. The trainers are amazing. Everyone calls me by name. I'm 69 years old, so I'm in the Arora program for older folks. It's fun. I actually look forward to coming. Who knew.

By far, the best health club in the Sacramento region. Friendly staff and a super clean facility.

Life Time Fitness is a wonderful place for wellness. They have the best equipment I have ever used, they have instructors, classes, wellness classes, yoga, hot yoga, swimming classes, different memberships, you can sign in for classes on the app. I really enjoyed the pool and the outside eating area during the summers. I also like the women's locker room had several amenities as well as a private hot tub for women only..I really enjoy my membership at Life Time

This is a great gym. Hands down the nicest accommodations and so many class options. I appreciate the child care options both during the day and the occasional parents night out events. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever join another gym!

The free training session was with the manager/closer, where he sold me on all of the skills & knowledge I'd gain. I then got switched to a junior trainer (contract says you have no choice) who just followed along with the exercises on their app. This was a waste of thousands for a bait & switch.

Personal trainers teach and couch and inspire. Kid get help classes or off the hook life cafe does sampling and the prices are reasonable.. also a healthy supermarket. The showers are usually prestine and the oils are ready for a party minus the alcohol.

I visited on a guest pass and in a. Nutshell was treated like a lowlife and that I should be grateful that I don’t have to pay $50 a day. Ironically I’m an attorney.

Great place to work out, soak and relaxe. They are clean and plenty of machines. They clean in the morning. And thats when i soak. They tell me a time limt before they kick me out. This is the only problem i have or it would be a five star. I pay a lot of money for them to tell me i have to exit.

Never given copies of contract - not enforceable in California per Civil Code 1812.82. I asked each time, and staff stated they can't find, not allowed to email picture, don't have a copier, etc. No copy, no contract. This gym has great trainers that are very knowledgeable about their specialty, not as competent at sales.
