They've come a long way since February. Ms. Jess is working hard to bring up the reputation that was so bad not so long ago. School age program has improved a lot since then.

I'm returning to work and looking around for a new day care or nanny for my son and came across this. Its disgusting that anyone could leave their position without making sure their zone was clear of children. I can't imagine what h3ll those parents went through or what that poor kiddo suffered. Just wanted to make sure this information is available to any other parents looking for care for their precious children to see. I'll be passing on this facility.

Terribly managed facility with no attention given to children. Avoid at all cost sending your kids. The facility stinks with no regular cleaning. Poor hygiene. Staff lacks empathy towards young kids and mostly focus on clocking their hours. No wonder they had a serious issue with leaving one of the child behind in their bus. Do not make the mistake of leaving your child in their facility.

My five year old son was left strapped to the seat of Kindercare Lexington Hills bus on Monday March 20th. He was picked up from his PM kindergarten class at 2:45, arriving at the facility by 3:20pm. Due to the caregiver in charge not doing certain protocols my son was completely forgotten, strapped to a seat on the bus. Additionally no other staff member raised any alarms so they also did not follow protocols. At 4:50 my husband arrived at the facility and was told " we don't know, we haven't seen him since that morning".Once my husband threatened to call the police did they start looking for my baby. My son was located 12 minutes later. He was crying flushed drenched in sweat, hungry and thirty. As a mom who could have lost her baby for the negligence of this daycare, I am furious. My baby is now seeing a counselor for nightmares.

This facility needs to be shut down. They are completely negligent and left a child alone on their bus for hours. The child is lucky to be alive. A $500 fine for what could've been a child's life does not suffice. Authorities need to do an investigation. Media needs to be alerted and you all should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!!

Lexington Hills Kindercare has been our primary childcare since moving to the area in 2019. At the time, I had toured 10 facilities in the area and I chose this location because I really enjoyed talking to the director and assistant director. The place was clean, the kids seemed happy and well cared for. My son was 3 when he started, and since he was small, he'd been previously babied and very behind in verbal communication. Within weeks at Kindercare he was speaking full sentences.I now have my daughter there since 3 months, and we've been very happy with them. I can't say enough glowing things about the infant room caretaker. When we had a medical emergency in the family, she and her team made me a care package. It's little things like this that go beyond just being a corporate center. With the recent incident, we had our concerns about staying. We met with the Regional Director and talked about our concerns. We feel confident that they're taking what happened very seriously and they never want something to happen again. We were told about their safety review, trainings, and the new trainings that will be coming in the future. The woman that was fired had not lived up to requirements and with her departure, the Regional Director is reviewing and scrutinizing every part of the center personally. My kids love the teachers, and I still put my trust in this Center and the wonderful people there. There's improvement that we want to see in the next few months, but we have no doubt they'll get there.

My child attended this facility many years ago. In light of recent events where they left a young boy in a bus for several hours I'll share my thoughts on this business. My son attended for a little over a year. In 7 months' time, his class cycled through 4 teachers. The business was having a tough time retaining staff. I believe part of this was due to poor leadership. The lady who was in charge clearly played favorites with teachers and parents. It was very easy to see. The last teacher my son had would just sit in a chair and holler at the kids with minimal interaction. My son soon began to throw fits before school. It was clear he did not feel comfortable at Kindercare. Once we moved him to a different daycare company the fits stopped and he thrived. Looking back on my emails I found that I had to request twice for Kindercare to acknowledge our termination request.Looks like nothing has changed between then and now.

I am so thankful for this center. I have 4 (sometimes 5 kids) that go here. all in different age classes. Some of my children also have some behavior issues, the school does a great job in dealing with these issues without calling me daily. I love the teachers there and the communication between them and the parents is wonderful. Very refreshing from my previous center.

I absolutely love having my daughter at this center! My daughter started at KinderCare when she was about 9months old. She is now 2 years old and still at this center. All of the teachers are friendly and very caring to my daughter as well as all the other kids! The center is very clean and organized. Ms. Jodi and Ms. Kim are always available to answer any questions that I may have. I highly recommend KinderCare.

My child has been attending Kindercare since he was 6 months. He loves it. Not only is he learning everyday, he is making friends; and the teachers are like family. I love how happy he is here. I would not take him anywhere else.
