Kim was amazing!! my boyfriend has a really time finding pants that fit his due to his massive thighs and tiny waist. she took one look at him and came back in 2 seconds with pants that fit him perfectly! the. she took us to the section she got them from and explained the differences between the way the jeans stretch and how to keep them from shrinking or expanding in the washer and dryer. we loved her and i’m so happy he has pants that fit now!!

Rudest employees working here. Went in to return two items that were ordered ONLINE IN STORE by their employees. His machine was not working so he said to give him cash he will put it on a gift card and the transactions will go through that way. I was told that the money will go back on that “gift card” we DONT have a gift card the employee used it and threw it away when he used it, which I told the little blonde girl with the bangs upfront. I was told they can’t do anything about it and that I won’t get my money back. I also asked for a bag so I can at least put the two items in there and she said no I can’t give you a bag.
So unprofessional and rude, she obviously didn’t know how to handle the situation so she turned it around on me. I’ve always had good experiences here but this time was just ridiculous with the girl who helped me.

They have great amazing styles for men and women. Love their sale they had at the time I was there shopping got 40% off my items purchased was very Happy with the friendly staff members customer service.

Levi's Outlet Store is almost in every outlet mall I have shopped before. Some are more prominent, some older. This one in Folsom Premium Outputs is one of the Levi's Outlet Stores I like. The size of this store is not the biggest. But the store is well organized, and the salespersons here are more attentive. It has the same items as all the Levi's Outlet Stores carried. But the store layout is better. I can find the jeans or jackets I am looking for much easier in this store. The prices are slightly lower than the retail and development stores. But it is the exact items you can get at the retail stores. I love shopping in this store. It is less crowded here compared to the other store.

20 minutes before closing, I wanted to try out a few t-shirts, but an associate told me that the fitting rooms were closed. Very disappointed, I left without buying anything. The store associate needs more training in customer service. I don't think I'll be shopping at the Levi's Folsom store any time soon.

I came in to exchange a recent purchase. The dressing room was tidy. It was pretty easy to find the size and style I needed. I like that they had waist sizes 32-31 snd 30 so I could get just what fit the best. Staff was pleasant and helpful and I was able to complete my business quickly.

Kim's the BEST! She is the reason I love this store so much. She has helped me find the perfect pants/shorts every time I come in and always does everything she can to make sure I find something I love. She knows her stuff and helped me with a super complicated store return the other day without a hitch. I don't want to go to any other Levi's store if Kim isn't there! Thanks Kim!
