No employee to greet us, but found what we were looking for once I managed to flag down a passing employee. Picked what we needed and went to check out. MAHESH could not have been nicer and was such a help for us old folks. We even reinstated our Kohls credit card. He is a treasured employee for sure! Don’t lose him!

The staff asks if they can help. The lines are fast. They have plenty of checkers. The manager made a transaction right that went really wrong online at Christmas.
Their quality is great and the return policy. Most of the time one earns kohls cash. There are discounts always going on. I dress well and for very little.
