I cant say enough about Kindercare natoma station. There has been so many teachers that made my sons experience fantastic. Parveen the director made it feel like a second family to my children and I. They had my son since he was 4 months to 2 years old. Unfortunately I moved jobs and had to change him to a closer daycare. Kindercare was so great for him and his development. He learned to talk and say so much there. Parveen was always so easy to talk to and really cared. Michelle was also one of my favorites. She was his first teacher there. You will not regret taking your babies here. They will be treated like family and you'll always be updated with pictures and events throughout the day. Thank you Kindercare. we miss you!

They will overcharge you, lots of hidden fees. And when you call them out they ignore your emails.

KinderCare at Natoma Station is magical! The staff are absolutely wonderful. They have bent over backwards to ensure that my son has the absolute best care and learning experience. The staff at KinderCare Natoma Station are dedicated, patient and provide a safe and kind learning environment. My son has flourished here.

I enrolled my kids in this location about 2 years ago. My kids and I have had an awesome experience in there. Teachers in there are very engaged and make sure get the best care for the children's well being. During this Pandemic, long distance schooling put myself and kids in so much confusion and stress, however I am so thankful that all the teacher are doing a amazing job to ensure all children get engage with online learning. In addition, they provide feedback for each child to parents and let the parents know how they did in school. Thank you for practicing proper hygiene , be caution for children's well being and keep the children and the communities safe I am thankful with all the help during this uncertainty.

This is the best daycare I have ever had the pleasure of working with! All of the staff and teachers are great but specifically Paige has been such a great help to me and care provider to my son. Especially during these crazy times with distance learning she has gone above and beyond to ensure my son is successful when it comes to academics. I really can’t express how grateful I am to have a teacher like her in my child’s life. I highly recommend her if you have the opportunity to place your child in her class she is truly exceptional. Thank you so much Paige and Natoma station kinder care!!!! You and your fellow staff really are and do the best for us parents and the children!!!! Thank you Paige!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!

This review is long overdue because my child has been at KinderCare for about 3 years now and this location, as well as the entire company has done an AMAZING job the entire time we've been with them. I first toured the center with Assistant Director Maria, who had only been with this location for a short period at that time and she had me sold with her bubbly and vivacious personality! She definitely set the tone for the center and I have not been disappointed. Of course ALL the staff has been great... always friendly, personable and genuine. The entire staff has done an AMAZING job of getting to know my child and our family, understanding our needs in order for my child to grow and develop, both educationally and as an individual. The programs and curriculum they offer and follow have definitely helped prepare my child for school. My child recently started Kindergarten and is doing well and knows all of the material so far! Over the past few months I have gained an even greater amount of appreciation for KinderCare and the staff, which is what sparked this review. Even with all of the pandemic craziness and constant changes, the staff rolled with the punches and handled everything well. Even though the center has always been very clean and practiced good hygiene already, they continued to enhance and implement more safety measures to keep children and their families safe and healthy during this time. I am so grateful to have the support of KinderCare, especially now with the implementation of distant learning. My child (along with the other school-age children) takes the laptop and schoolwork to KinderCare and the staff assist with tasks / assignments each day. Without them I do not know how I would work and help with distant learning. For one day I experienced working from home while assisting with distant learning and there were definitely some bumps. So kudos to all the staff helping multiple students from multiple schools at the same time! One staff member in particular has gone above and beyond. Ms. Paige has been a great supporter for me and has picked up my child's schoolwork packet from the elementary school when she picks up her child's since they are luckily in the same class. All the support from the company and every staff member has been much needed during this crazy time. Big thank you to KinderCare and ALL of the Natoma Station staff!

I loved this place when Mr. Chris was there but the good ends rather fast unfortunately. A new director came into the center and the place went down- she would harass me about payments loudly in front of other parents instead of pulling me to the side. I was never given a accurate amount I was due- plus I was on subsidy (the state paid for my childcare) so I don’t understand why they still tried to suck payments from me also! She would email me 3 to 4 times a day begging for a payment. Confront me when I would pick my children up! When I notified her that I was gonna pull my kids out she made up this false rule saying I wasn’t allowed to pull them out because I was stuck in a contact! This wasn’t true at all! I loved the last center I had my kids at! But this center I hate it and I would never recommend it!

This place is HORRIBLE my daughter was going here since she was 4 months old when Chris was here. But now she’s 2 and sadly going downhill.. it’s all about the money. I don’t mind sharing my story because I don’t want any parent to go through what I have with Frances and Parveen. I get help to pay for child care with something called child action but I still have a copayment which is not normal with program I’m on. In a meeting I had with Frances she said to me that they don’t like to do business with child action due to issues with the co payments and I feel that if they think their place is too good for the regular everyday families that don’t have 6 figure jobs they shouldn’t be contracted with child action. They talk about your PRIVATE financial situation ANYWHERE aloud and basically embrasses you. Frances would say things like “ You got money for me” right when I walk in the door holding my child and other parents and employees are around. They have called me 5x while I’m working over a $20 late fee and told me either I bring a 20 check right that second or they were sending my daughter home! When I told them I could bring it when I picked her up they told me No ! I’m a single parent I’m 22 years old and I do my very best to pay every time just maybe late but I always pay and the late fees. They lie and say I owe ridiculous amounts and I have to get others involved to prove I’m right in multiple situations they just obviously don’t care about the people who has been going there for years or the children. I wouldn’t recommend it. As far as the teachers they are great but definitely over worked and under appreciated but they do their best.

I am going to get serous when i say I LOVE this center. My kids have gone to 2 other KinderCares those were both very nice. I had enrolled my 2 boys here after a teacher at kids camp down the street physically abused my child. But that's a hole different review. Coming here was a big change for my kids and they never once felt outta place. They were treated and greeted by a very happy upbeat staff. Coming from a mother a 3 boys 6,3 and infant i am running thru the hall daily. I have seen the ins and outs of the center, as i come in on my lunch break to feed my infant son. School age/TK class. My oldest son loves it here. He communicates the best and when i ask him about his day he is always excited and happy. He rides the bus to elementary school and i have followed the bus on occasions. They are safe drivers always aware of the surroundings, minding all speed limits and safety. ( yes i have followed the bus) My 3 year old went to both 2s and preschool class. He is more of a hand full and was previously hurt at the kids camp center down the street. His teacher in both 2s and 3s have been noting but patient with my son. He isn't afraid to go there he comes back with stories from his day. The friends he has made and the teachers who are always kind to him. My 3 year old has learned meditation, ABCS, colors, shapes, days of the week, and fun songs. It truly brightens his day, going to class. The teachers (Millicent and MR. Austin have no problem coming to you with a concern, a issue or just a praising a good day. They are very easy to communicate with. My infant son has been there since he was 8 weeks old. As a mother with a new born, you are always in fear of whether your baby will be loved how you expect. YOU GET THAT LOVE HERE!!!! My son has NEVER came home wet, stinky, dirty he has NEVER had a diaper rash nor developed one. The infant teacher Mrs. Michelle is so kind and patient and loving. She certainly cares for the babies like they are her own. Mind you i do stop in almost every day to nurse my baby i always see her Doing her best with all the babies. I praise her for the job she has and how she handles it so well. I completely trust her with my son. There are rules in place per licensing and child safety and i always see them in full force here. Even the infants helpers like Miss Emily, Baylee and Mayree. They take the time to let you know their day, cute things they did anything and everything. The Ladies up front, they have always made it easy for me with drop offs and pick ups. They are always in well communication with each other and take parents/ kids concerns seriously. If you are a parent looking to send your kid to after school class a preschool class or even a infant. Take it from the mother that has 3 crazy boys and have found them a place to expand their mind, their imagination, and feel loved as if i was there. I have been to a handful of centers and have finally found the home away from home for my boys.
