I've been to location frequently before the pandemic and the service was always great with friendly manager to helpful staff on the sales floor. Our visit to this location yesterday afternoon: After over a year long we decided to take the kids to get a new pair of shoes each. Why not go for the BOGO deal right? We walked in and see two female staff. None of them greeted us as we walked in. They kept on clearing out their boxes. There were a lot shoes weren't qualified for BOGOS no more such as Converse, Nike, Crocs, etc. but, some were in BOGO and usually are the ugly cheaply made material shoes. When we found shoes that we liked there was no sizes available. So we end up being in the store longer than we expected. Staff don't care to ask if we need help looking for sizes or to see if it in stock. Mind you, it is not busy at all. They have all the time to clear those boxes out.A couple of customers came in right after us. They were greeted. As they left they were also acknowledged. This really irks me. I also worked in retail/customer service. Doesn't matter who your customers are, you should not be bias and greet only certain customer. It is not right. Def made us feel unwelcome. The fact that no one tried to help us either made it even more unpleasant to shop. We end up leaving. I looked over the staff to see if they would acknowledge our visit. They both just continue on with their boxes.I def would stop shopping at this specific location. Bad customer service. The bogos aren't as great, the shoes they have in stock seems like the quality went downhill with brand names such as Nike, Adidas, etc. For the price it is not worth it.
